All very well that ends well!! We ordered a small armchair from Hulala Home as we were attracted by the design and appearance plus the very competitive price. However, a delivery date was a bit “vague” and seemed to drag on. However, on the plus side, my enquiries on delivery were answered promptly and fully. After a few weeks delay, the armchair was delivered. We are very happy with the design and quality for the price we paid. The delay was obviously because it was imported ( and hence subject to many “unknowns”)but overall we were very happy with our Hulala experience.
I bought a beautiful gold and white chair for my office. It took over 4 months to arrive but it was worth the wait. I emailed the company to ask about my chair and Francine replied straight away and kept me updated regularly about my chair.
I received excellent customer service from this company. The item arrived within two days. I had a question about my purchase and I was helped by Joana, who went above and beyond to help me with my order. Thank you so much, very happy!

i ordered the black and gold chair for my dressing table and it’s absolutely beautiful! was easy to put together and looks so nice in my room to match my decor.
Purchased a small dresser online. It arrived quickly and was packaged very securely. It was a breeze to put together, instructions were clear with pictures and everything was clearly marked and packaged separately. Unfortunately the back panel was incorrectly sized. I sent an e-mail to Hulala Home customer service, honestly didn't know how that would go. I was so surprised when I received a response within 48 hours. I sent some pictures and they responded within 24 hours sending me a completely new dresser!! I received that within days. The responsiveness of the CS team was OUTSTANDING. They stood behind their product and quickly resolved our issue. The dresser is a great piece and seems very sturdy. I would buy from them again without question.
It has been 6 weeks since I placed order for a chair .Had no contact from company and no chair .They have taken full payment though . Emailed customer service .Now told me it would HOPEFULLY be in stock mid Febuary .Asked for refund and ignored my request. Really not good enough , this was supposed to be a moving to new home gift . Do not order with this company .No feedback until you constantly contact them .
Incident: 94160 I reached out to support and was told I'm unable to contact any managers around a purchase. I'd like to confirm that information as I'd like to leave some feedback on the exchange. It was a poor experience all the way around. I do not recommend buying from this company
Purchased the Belanda Comfy Velvet Task Chair - Adjustable Swivel, Seashell Back for Home Office on the 12th November on pre order for delivery in time for Christmas. After anxiously checking for update I had to break it to my 12 year old daughter she would be a Christmas present down compared to her siblings ( this chair being expensive was her main present) The eta for delivery kept getting pushed further and further back i have contacted the company who assured me I shall receive my order the first week of February. The website is now showing mid February. After complaining they've offered a measly 5% " good will gesture refund" for waiting 12 weeks and counting!
I ordered a set of 4 dining chairs. One had a manufacturing flaw which resulted in instability. The customer service team at Hulala Home took my concern seriously and promptly sent a pack of TWO replacement chairs which was a wonderful surprise. Both of the new chairs were well constructed and were a perfect color match with the first set. Very happy with my experience with this company. Originally ordered through Home Depot.

I recently ordered two end tables from Hulala and unfortunately one of the tables cracked down the middle. I immediately contacted them and told them what was going on. I was so relieved for the quick response. The customer service I received was excellent. This company truly stands behind their products with the utmost of integrity. Things happen that are out of our control, but the way it is dealt with makes all the difference. I purchased 2 chairs from Hulala Homes about a year ago. One of the chairs was defective. The piping around the cushion was splitting and tearing. I contacted customer service and they were kind enough to get me a replacement chair. I was thrilled with their response. Thank you!
I bought 2 tables, One arrived damaged so I called the company. Customer service was great and resolved my problem.
Some time ago I ordered a chair from Hulala and was pleased with it. Recently, I ordered another (different) chair which was unfortunately out of stock in the color chosen. I asked for a switch to an alternative color. Hulala acted very promptly and courteously and sent the alternative chair within two days. When the chair arrived I decided it was not for me. Hulala acted promptly again offering either a discount or a return. I opted for the discount and have arranged for the chair to go to a grateful home elsewhere. I am very pleased with the customer service from Hulala, which has been exemplary.
Our new chairs are beautiful. They are excellent in quality and color. Customer service was exceptional! I would definitely shop with them again.
Ordered two nightstands from Hulala. They arrived a few weeks later and were easy to construct. One had a wood grain pattern issue that was a bit "off". I reached out to the customer team and Francine was able to get a new table sent out immediately and it arrived just a couple of days later. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Bought a chair for my dressing table. Read a few negative reviews but went with it. So glad I did. It arrived the very next day and was amazing and as described. Very impressed with this company and will definitely use again
Ordered from HD 2023, leather accent chair. Couldn’t assemble because bolt holes did not line up. Was returned. About Nov. 2024 chair was available again so we ordered again. Bolts for legs to short so we used the bolts for the wings (longer). Called/ email support and response was good. They coordinated longer bolts be sent. Took some time but they were delivered. Assembly finished. This is a nice leather chair. I suggest that they change packing as the packing caused creases in the leather. I did use warm blower to remove creases (yea, shouldn’t have to do this).
