Hulala Home has great customer service. The original chair I received was damaged (not sure if it was from warehouse or shipping). I reached out to service and I quickly received a replacement chair in perfect condition. Francine was a very helpful!!!
Received a poor quality item. Had to go through multiple layers of customer service, which was frustrating. Eventually was offered a full refund and ultimately appreciate how the situation was resolved, while it could have been quicker. Can’t recommend the product I received.
I'm very pleased with the Victoria sectional. It's everything that it said it was. Comfy, large, great for larger size people. I love the storage and the color. Beautiful blue. I also love that I can take the covers off and wash. I made an excellent choice
The men we hired to put the chair together did not see the back cushion under the chair, so we thought it was missing. The customer service team got right back to us, including a picture of where the cushion was located. It must have been explained in the directions and our men do not speak or read English. Thank you so much for the help. The chair is wonderful!

My item has been ordered several weeks ago and get no delivery or adequate update. Where is my item?
Uk3409 I received an email from hills to say my order couldn’t be processed due to an unsuitable shipping channel, I replied to the email asking what that meant and also sent another email asking if I provided another address in mainland uk would that be suitable, I have yet to get a response, also the phone number doesn’t work
Have sent numerous emails about my order of a a shell swivel chair, no response, I made the purchase on the 20th November. I have recieved no confirmation the item has been dispatched? Leaving this review here in hopes I will actually get a reply. Telephone number on their website doesn’t exist.
Unsers Sessel hatten eine sehr lange Lieferzeit. Nach meiner ersten Nachfrage wurde ich von Hulala Home in Person von Francine, sehr gut betreut und war immer auf dem laufenden. Nachdem die Lieferung erfolgte wurde wieder nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung und die Ware einwandfrei sei. Ware fiel so aus wie beschrieben. Sind Mit Ware und Betreuung sehr zufrieden.

I ordered the navy chair and it is absolutely gorgeous. The seat and back were already attached so all I had to do was put legs on it. Super sturdy too. Love it!!!
Having purchased 2 Midcentury Modern Nights, after looking for weeks, I was looking forward to receiving them. As soon as they were delivered, I did want I always do, open one box take out the largest piece, the top, to look at the overall quality of the item. I was extremely disappointed to see the the top consisted of short pieces of wood that were put together with what looked like a saw blade edges. This feature was not revealed on the Hulala site and if it had been I would not have purchased. I contacted the customer service department asking for return authorization and since then have gotten nothing but a run around. First I was told I’d have to pay for shipping, which I refused as the items apparently were not vetted by Hulala. Then I was told I’d get a 15% + 10% adjustment on my current purchase and future purchase. I was also told I’d have to send pictures of the night stand top. So I’ve done that and know continue to wait for their return authorization update. I do shop frequently on line and have NEVER received such terrible customer service. I’ve been deal with this since November 11th and it’s now November 19th
How do you review a product you haven’t gotten? We have no idea when we will even get the recliner. Have NO idea if it’s even in stock. There was another recliner I DID NOT order because it was out of stock. If I had known this one was out of stock, I would have ordered the other one and waited!!! We ordered it Nov. 3 and have no idea what’s going on. BUT THEY ALREADY CHARGED PAYPAL!!!

Great Customer Follow Up! I purchased a recliner and only two of three boxes arrived. I called Alea at Hulala Customer Service and she quickly determined where third box was and when it would arrive. Her professional care and response ensured a positive outcome.

I ordered a lovely little side table and was very excited to receive my parcel so quickly, great service I thought…I was wrong!! When I opened the box the side table was broken so I took photos and sent them with an email to Hulala straight away, two days later I am still waiting for them to respond. I am utterly dismayed at the lack of contact in assisting me with a very straightforward issue. I like the product and just want a replacement, it shouldn’t be difficult but apparently it is. I am therefore writing this review to try and get a response from them! Hulala please reply and help Me? UPDATE Since writing the above review I have received excellent service from Hulala’s customer service, I received a replacement very quickly but unfortunately the second table was also damaged. I decided to ask for a refund and this has been agreed and paid straight away. So after the initial troubles I would recommend this company and will be happy to purchase from them again. Thank you for your help.

I purchased a gorgeous sideboard manufactured by Hulala Home Inc from WayFair. Due to some unfortunate life events, I was unable to assemble the furniture within 30 days of receiving it and instead put it together 36 days later. I noticed that there was a defect in the furniture and reached out to WayFair to see what can be done as far as getting a replacement part. WayFair was unwilling to work with me or even provide me with the info to contact the manufacturer. I found an email address along with the well-written instructions for assembling the sideboard. The company responded very quickly, ensuring me that my inquiry would be addressed. Cheryl and her team expressed compassion and empathy to my situation and quickly resolved the issue by replacing the damaged item at no cost. I am grateful to this company for treating me like a human in this instance, rather than an order #.
