Got the fluke multimeter (hvac one). Probably the worst customer service I’ve seen by far. They do not reply to emails! Be aware folks !

Purchased power meters that were backordered, after waiting several months, the meters delivered were the wrong model number.

I placed an order on 5/19/23 for 1 tester for 1 day which I received, I received an email with an invoice on 6/6/23 on it are 2 testers for 1 week for a total of $126.00, we only ordered 1 tester for 1-day charges $31.60? So I called Global, and the person told me to send an email asking for a credit of $94.40 to sales to this day I have not heard back from anyone. If I do not hear back from someone at Global by Friday 6/23/23 I will let Bank of America dispute these charges.

The order was shipped and received pretty much as promised, but the cabinet was shipped to us without a key for the lock, and over 2 weeks later we are still waiting on an answer on how this will be rectified.

Honestly, just to save 10 dollars on a Reveal PRO Thermal Imaging Camera I purchased it with this company. I ordered it 04/27/23 arrived a week later not working, send it back and its 06/17/23 and they are still telling me they dont know when they will replace it. GO TO AMAZON you can get anything they sell here and if it doesnt work have it replaced within days not months. It’s a small company with a fancy website and their return policy is horrible because they cannot afford to replace damaged items unless the vendors they buy from reimburse them first.( Here is my order number#473970 and to the response posted below from you guys is the same response I have been getting every time I call. It be nice if you guys expedite my refund or send my another unit that works.)

Did buy some items , they offered 1-2 weeks delivery, now it will be 10 weeks. Chat with an agent , was very rude. No solutions provided. Just If you dont like us, just cancel the Order.
