We are a small company and have limited test equipment. We sent in one of our testers for calibration, leaving one to use. I expected it to only take a few days there and then shipping time. Shipped it on 6/29 they sent an email saying it was done on 7/8 and asked how we wanted it returned. I responded the same day. I kept expecting it to be delivered any day. On 7/28 I finally recieved it. There paperwork actually shows processed on 7/8 shipped 7/22! Not sure what happened, but I have sent the other one and hope it's much quicker!
Smooth and easy transaction -- processed order via phone with a representative after having a bit of trouble with the website (later discovered that the trouble was user error -- shocking!). Rep was very personable, professional, and processed the order quickly. Order was shipped promptly as it was delivered speedily. We ended up making a return on this order and the return process was just as smooth and fast. Rep handled the return request over the phone -- again, very professional and efficient. Had the credit documentation for accounting in about a week. Right on!
Two of my testers arrived faulty. I returned them to the supplier who replaced them without any to-do. I can recommend anybody contemplating using Global Test Supply of a prompt and efficient service. Thank you

I haven't used my new equipment yet, but I really appreciated the man who gave me feedback on the phone and helped me. I also really appreciated that this company answered the phone and wasn't corporate. They seemed honest and accessible. Accessibility is the key to happiness for me as a customer. I hate companies that don't want you to talk to a person, and I not only got a person, but I got a person who knew a lot and could help me. I would recommend this company to anyone.
The customer service is usally good, but follow up is not. Have made several inquiries regarding status of orders and get some information, but never get a return call, as promised, with the requested follow up information.

I sent a fluke multi meter in for repairs! It was returned to me with a note that it was non repairable due to it's age and no repair parts available within a week. the time frame for the service was fantastic. I was also sent a email message stating the same apparently on the same day that they shipped it back to me. I was not charged for any thing no service fee and no return shipping cost. I am most impressed with their efficient service. I only wish that they would have informed me what exactly was wrong with the unit.
It is a safety issue. Get your meter tested. Only took a couple of days.
