The equipment I rented (a FLIR camera) arrived in excellent condition with a checklist of all items that should be present. The rental period began only after the item arrived, and the return shipping time was not part of the rental period. The cost was very reasonable compared with limited local options. A great option for specialized equipment.

Estimated ship date grossly miscalculated. Purchase process was fine but the 4-5 week estimate for one of the items is now at 3 months.
I received the thermometer on or about February 13, 2023 and immediately noticed it read ~10-20 degrees below actual room temperature. Further testing on my part confirmed. I contacted GTS and through numerous emails finally obtained a prepaid shipping label to return the thermometer on March 1, 2023. I immediately shipped the thermometer back to GTS, who reportedly received it on March 7. GTS sales indicated they sent the thermometer off for testing. This is a $25 thermometer, and a return/replacement/refund should not have been this much of a hassle.
