The technicians are well aware of all the calibration policies that have to be met on the outside and will work with you in doing what you need to be done to YOUR equipment. This was a great experience and I will use them again for all my electronic testing equipment.

Tried to buy two products but one was the wrong price on the website told me the price was more then 150 times more due to part number error. I said no just refund me that part. They agreed then a few days later said I only paid for one item and no refund was needed. I had to show proof of my transaction before they refund me. Then they refund the part they shipped me and then send invoice for same part. I told them I'll pay for that part as soon as they refund the other. Funny how once they lost money on the part they actually shipped me how fast they figure out how to refund the correct part.

Received analyzer on August 7th and after multiple e-mails trying to determine when it would be returned, finally received it the end of October.

I experienced a problem with a new insulation tester. When I called about the problem the technician was very friendly and knowledgable. The meter was promptly replaced with a new one within a matter of a few days..

I contacted Global Test Supply them to help me purchase sub metering equipment for a specific application. They made sure they understood what I was trying to do, and helped me select the equipment which would do what I needed.When there was doubt about one component, they put me in contact with a tech support person who selected a different component, . A local electrician installed it all in 1.5 hours, using the documentation provided, and it has been working perfectly since. A very positive experience!

Apparently, there was some confusion when I ordered some alligator clips for my FLUKE test leads over the phone. The incorrect ones arrived, I called them, they apologized and they shipped the correct ones. The man on the phone was great. Thank you!

i sent my meter in to be checked out all they would tell me was my meter was junk and they could throw it away for me. I had them sent it back to me and I called fluke corp. office when i told them what meter i had they said they could not fix it but if I sent it in they would give me a discount of about 50 percent on he newest version of the same model meter I had

Found the parts for me alright. Quoted two weeks transit and it was two weeks to the day. And $14.00 freight at that. Could have placed three small parts in a usps $5 flat rate box and had them here in half the time. Other than that, transaction was fine.

I SENT MY 87V TO BE RE CAL. FLUKE SAID IT COST MORE THAN IT WAS WORTH. PAID GOOD MONEY AND IT NOT WORTH FIXING
