Received Instrument with Calibration Certificate expiring soon. Purchased 5 instruments with Calibration Certificate (Order #497172). However, I received 3 instruments with Calibration Certification that expire in 5 months instead of the expected 2 years. The customer representative admitted to not being aware of these certifications and never checking them. I informed them to cancel the order and will be returning the instruments. I also requested them not to send the pending order as the representative mentioned that the Calibration Certificate expiration date will not be checked and will be the same as the previous instruments. I received an email stating that there will be a restocking fee for the instrument they even didn't send out. It seems like a small company with limitations. It would be better to purchase from an authorized supplier.

The bender arrives quickly and in good shape. But while the outer package was OK. the manufacturer's box inside was missing one end. Otherwise this would be a 5 star. They seem like a good company.

The unit I received was not the same as the item pictured on the website, but it was functionally the same and served my needs.

So our company ordered a couple of testers last year and while there was a lot of back and forth between us and their representative, we received our testers according to specification. There was some delay in delivery but I can chalk that up to worldwide supply chain issues last year. I highly recommend and Thank you Chris Doran from the company for helping us out.

The site is easy to navigate with good, clear photos of measurement tools. In my case I needed a new pair of digital Mitutoyos. Global Test Supply had the best price and shipping was free in my case. The checkout process was easy to get through as well. As a bonus I got mine in 2 days as we are both located in North Carolina. This was my first purchase here, but won't be my last if I need any similar products. Can recommend to anyone that is need of precision measuring tools. Thank you.
