(Update After speaking eith Shauna the manager she was apoplogized for the issues i had she was very nice and i feel this was an isolated incident. Update) If i could give them 0 stars i would i. I ordered some very expensive test tools for work and I need them in a timely fashion they said 2 to 3 weeks we'll after 3 weeks and no tools they said another 3 weeks. I told them I wanted to cancel my order and look for them somewhere else the guy on the line was very rude and said he could not cancel the order when. I asked to speak to a manager he said she was busy when I asked for her name she said she wouldn't talk to me. And he simply refused to cancel my order or let me speak to a manager.

I placed an order for a Fluke meter, cost was $500. So it came with free shipping. In the description it sounded like it came with a case. It did not. So I called customer service explained what happened and asked if I could place an order for a case and have the shipping waived. I was told to go ahead and place the order and they would waive the shipping. I have an email from the customer service rep to prove it. Once I placed the order I got nothing but the run around. So do not trust this company’s customer service reps once they have your money you will get no help!

I'm going to put this down as a one-star review because it didn't give me the option to review the product or the company and I'm giving it a one-star because the product was absolutely garbage Chinese garbage. Every one of these timers are junk. This is the second one I've had within the last 2 years and a you're lucky if you get a year and a half out of them before they break

The customer service rep flat out lied to me. Since my purchase I have gotten nothing but a runaround. The rep told me to order online and they would get the shipping charges waived since I had recently purchased an expensive meter that didn't come with everything I needed. I even have the email that was sent to me verifying what was said.

I have order the parts for the tools and then when I was told they had to wait for a week for the part and then I tried to cancel the order they kept kicking me out of their chat system to I could not cancel because they said it had been picked up but UPS denied having the parts yet so which one is not helping me what a joke need this part days ago and will not see it for about 5 more days? Would recommend to go elsewhere unless time is not important
