I ordered two insulation testers and two hard shell carrying cases. I received them in a reasonable amount of time. But one case didn't come with interior foam or papers inside, like the other one. I contacted them Three different times. Which every time they replied, the person to handle it is on another call and will call you back soon. Weeks later, still nothing! I'm disappointed in them! I have recommended them many times over the years.

The quick search and find what i've needed. the simplicity of your site. But there is 1 thing i did not like is the long-delivery -time of my order. and the fact that i have not other choise of Courier delivery such as: FEDEX, DHL etc..

I ordered LaMotte water test kits from Global Test Supply that were all missing two components. After reporting the problem and sending pictures to four different Global Test Supply representatives (assuring me they would "start the returns process") I stopped receiving correspondence. The matter is still not addressed after 87 days.
The Website is very nice, prices are competitive, checkout is easy, the product information has been for the most part accurate. I placed a few orders with Global Test Supply, and I have had no issues.
Ordered Traceable digital thermometer. Worked for 6 days. Contacted customer support and was advised to send defective unit in at my cost to determine cause of failure. Requested replacement unit. GTS would only do this if I paid for replacement unit in full until cause of failure of defective unit was determined to see if it was covered under warranty. Unacceptable! Emailed customer support and reply took 3 days. Again, unacceptable! Emailed again and have yet to hear any response. Has been over a week! Unacceptable! Very disappointed. POOR customer service. Would not recommend doing business with Global Test Supply unless you have plenty of time to wait on their lack luster response and extra funds to continue purchasing replacement equipment from them until they decide if your equipment is covered under warranty. Lesson learned, the least expensive option is not always the best option. I ordered an exact replacement from another vendor so that I can continue to operate my process. Won't do business again.

They had the indicator I needed in stock (which no one else including the manufacturer is able to pull off right now). It was on a Black Friday special, so I saved about $40 over other sites, the site was easy to navigate, and the indicator arrived reasonably quickly.

This was my first experience renting tools not from a brick and mortar establishment. All my contacts with Global were excellent. From online chat and a telephone conversation they bent over to make everything, from the tool I rented to how billing worked was clear.
I received the equipment order very fast and it was the product that we were expecting.
Levelpro products (PS8000 radar sensors and ITC 450-1129 displays) are in low quality. Their manuals provide quite a few incorrection information, which misleads users. They should update theri manuals before selling those products. Technical support level is really low as well. I would not recommend to buy any products from this manufacturer.
