I am the Quality Manager at a plastic injection molding company. I have used Global Test Supply over the years to obtain new measuring tools. Recently our roughness tester was out and I was able to rent a replacement while ours was out getting repaired, which was very helpful. I ordered a Rigid threading machine that said was in stock, but it was not. After waiting 6 months for the machine, it came with no stand and no threading oil as noted on the website. I have been waiting for about 4 weeks to get a response on why the stand and oil was missing. Then the response I received was that Rigid said those aren't included, but it clearly states on the website that it does.

We ordered a signal generator and it cost about $50 less than other sites and it arrived on time and was exactly what we ordered and worked perfectly.

UPDATE - After this review, Global Test Supply contacted me and I was shipped the correct part. I was shipped the wrong items (two $20 sets of pliers instead of the $111 ones I ordered) and have contacted customer service 3 times now for a return authorization. The first reply said my email would be forwarded to the returns dept, second reply said they would forward it again, and my third request (10/11/23) was ignored.

I received an order on 9-26-23 opened the box it was not damaged , It was short by 2 items, I called in and was told to send a picture and they would get with inventory and get back with me, NO RESPONCE I called back on 10-9-23 told the guy who I spoke to and sent him the email was sure I would have a response that day. Today is 10-17-23 Fixing to call them back

First shipment went to the wrong state (MN vs. WA) despite having submitted the correct address. Contacted the seller immediately with no response. After 3 business days I was forced to file claims with both UPS & Paypal. A massive waste of our time. Seller refunded the money with no explanation or apology. Placed the same order a second time and thankfully that proved successful.

It took so long for delivery that I thought I lost my money it finally came like 4 weeks after I placed the order

Its a fraud company be aware. Bought an instrument, returned it 2 days later in pristine condition in original packaging. They kept the instrument and never refund the money, keep on saying next week for over a month now.
