Advertisement misleading. Ordered Fluke DLGD3 DSX -8000mi UPC 754082140047 for Roughly $5600. I was told that was only for the software . Yet the add stated all parts included. Look up the add yourself and see it doesn't even ask for Device info Model/Serial# if it's just a software upgrade. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU THINK YOU ARE GETTING THE HARDWARE TOO. Now back on the search.
I have made purchases from GTS in the past. Fast service, Very helpful folks if and when you call them. The SGC meters arrived in secure packaging, protecting the product. Will be doing business again in the future with GTS.

Buying a precision equipment caliper from Global Test Supply online removed the doubt of getting a faked brand name knock-off. I went to the manufacturer's site and found Global Test Supply as an authorized dealer. The product was in stock and genuine quality. Not only were they competitively priced, their ordering and shipping process was exceptional.
It came damaged I let you know I got no reply. I'm not picky but it should of been bubble wrapped.
