I found it too hard to cancel my subscription

need to improve the size of printing out original documents eg A4 size. That way you can read the orginal, can't enlarge to 100% can only prints to your size its much too small.

I have not had much help. I have taken information from familysearch.org to put on to findmypast...but it has been a slow process. Maybe when I have transferred more information, it will improve

Far to expensive

Easy to use and helpful hints that help you find out more about your family history. The only annoying thing is you tend to have hints that need you buy yet another subscription so it can get a bit expensive. I wish it was one fee for everything on their site!

Having hints on distant relatives makes it so interesting. Found out so much I didn't know about my ancestors.

This site is the best iv found so far. I found so much detailed information. Simple to use. Iv told so many ppl about this site as iv been looking for years but always hit a brick wall. Iv managed to get back to early 1800s. Absolutely brilliant and still so much to investigate..

Being easy to follow. Although I should have a free subscription via Family Search and it’s not been updated. If this could be done I would appreciate it. Many thanks. Kind Regards, Angie Perez

I always feel that this site, and my research, is kept as private as I want it to be - to either share with people I can vouch for and knowing that findmypast is a very safe site to work on.

Although I have found out some family information I did find a very old document but I've never found it again so I'm somewhat disappointed I feel it's held back

Not too easy to navigate your way around at first. It's fine when you've got the hang of it.

The free basic 7 day did not explain that you could not look up street addresses

I have a question how do you send me an updated for my family tree then your wonderful system will not let me see unless I do a 7 day trial. I have been putting my family trees into your system. Michael WADE.

nothing went wrong, its just that I can't afford to maintain membership fees which results in frustration in developing my family tree

This is a brilliant way of tracking your ancestors with an easy to use website full of information and helpful hints. I have learnt so much about my family history I am on the computer every spare minute I can. This is a good time to do this while the cold weather and dark evenings are here. I've found out all about my grandparents and their emigration to Australia, their life in London and who I am related to. It's both compelling and compulsive .
