Love that it is a research backed program, is easy to follow, and has a mix of options each day. The design, with a couple short videos, a longer workout, and a short educational video each day makes it possible to do in a busy schedule; you can choose your own mix of videos based on the time you have available.

Workouts were fine, nothing to write home about. What is a big deal is that they might be the only subscription service on the planet to not send a single reminder for upcoming renewals or payments. This is intentionally shady to take advantage of busy moms who will undoubtedly forget they are paying for this service. Literally never received a single correspondence from them past the initial welcome email. I’m out over $300 on services that I haven’t used in over 1.5 years. Clearly, I’m not the only one to experience this based on other reviews. Their customer service is a joke, refused to acknowledge that they are doing this, or refund any of my money. Stay far away from this business!

This app transformed my whole perspective on physical activity for pregnancy and post partum! It healed incontinence after my first delivery and has kept me fit! It helped me realize I can get a great workout right at home!

After 2 kids, a prolapsus and leaks every time I sneezed, I am more than happy to have cross the program of Every Mother. My symptoms are going away and, even if I am pregnant at the moment, I feel my core being stronger than when I used to do yoga and pilates everyday- just a few weeks ago. I can't say how much this is a must for every women let alone every mama!

Every Mother Works. That's it. I'm not finished yet, but I have seen excellent progress. The guidance in the videos is first rate, with good detail on how-to and not too much annoying fake encouragement. The diversity of the exercises offered keeps it interesting (lets be real, core breath work is not the most fascinating of work outs). The time commitment is not too onerous for a mum of young kids. My only criticism is I'm not a huge fan of some of the music in the background of the videos its repetitive and tinny, but that is personal.

Every Mother made it so easy to workout again! Healing diastases recti can feel so daunting, but the breathing exercises and workouts are so encouraging. :) I had taken a long break from working out and this app and this team of women has made it so easy to get back into it.

I am so excited to have found EM. I find the exercises easy to keep up with, the videos informative, the support amazing, and I can already see some results (in less than three weeks!)

I renewed after having for one year. I recommend doing the Reclaim Classic path even if you have pelvic floor issues because the Core Compression sequences address that.

Absolute gem! I am deeply grateful I have found Every Mother! So conscious of the healing mother’s body! I feel empowered and confident to workout and have a mindset of HEALING MY BODY versus just “getting back into shape.” Thank you!!!!!!!!

This is such a good value, especially with the discount I got earlier in the year.

Even Mother is a program that I know I can trust. I do not have to modify to make it safe for my abs like I had to with other programs. EM makes sure that every exercise is not only safe if you had ab separation, bit it is actually working to improve it. There are various programs/paths to choose from to suit your needs. I love that the paths have a bit of everything. Each day has a different focus to give you an all around workout over the course of the week. The workouts are short, giving you an efficient way to fit in a workout. After only a week of getting back into this program, I felt results with regard to less lower back stiffness and pain, firmer core, and other people even noticed that I appeared thinner.

Love that I have a workout that can challenge me, but also not cause more damage with my core. After 5 babies I wanted to get back in shape, but needed to do it safely.

Ever Mother is helping me to heal my diastasis recti and increase my muscle tone. I love that it has programs for every stage of life.

I love the app and have definitely found the content useful. The instructors are knowledgeable and the path feels very carefully calibrated to my needs. It has been transformative for how I move. The app is easy to navigate, the videos are easy to follow, and the information is important. Occasionally, there are references to flat abs or cinched waists that I find off-putting, but that may be the goal for some. Overall, I highly recommend using EM!

Great core workout to target diastasis recti but also integrates full body workouts with weight training. Great program!

I have adhd and had diastis recti after the births of my kids. I thought I had done some rehab on it, but it turns out it was so separated I couldn’t even measure it accurately. At the first 21 day/workout check in, I had lost two inches off my waist. In a month. And having lost zero pounds. I mention the adhd because the workouts have all been a great mix that changes enough so I don’t get bored, but easy enough that I don’t feel lost for most of a workout.

Easy to use, helpful information, and my Dr loved the printouts.
