After my third child my diastasis was 2 1/2-3 fingers at 9 months PPD, and I was honestly feeling really defeated with it. I'd manage to close it some with physical therapy, but my core was still so weak. I am on Day 32 of the Reclaim Classic path and I'm feeling so much stronger! My separation is closed down to 1/2-1 1/2 fingers which is a huge improvement. My core is so much more functional.
Every Mother has totally transformed my body (even though I’m 9 years post-partum). I’ve been using it for a little over a year, and I find that the workouts are of a manageable timeframe and just hard enough. I do both the core exercises and the classic workout every day; I know it’s the small things done consistently that add up to big things. Thank you, Every Mother!
I love this program so much! I found it 3 years after I had my first child and was able to lose inches around my waist in months- inches that I thought were just part of my new mom body. Little did I know I had diastisis recti and all the hardcore ab work outs I had been doing only made it worse. I'm now pregnant with my second and I love that there is a path for every stage of motherhood. pregnancy, post pregnancy, years after giving birth, etc. I highly recommend this program to any mom of any fitness level, any age.
I'm only 14 days in but so far it has been very easy to follow. Great verbal ques to ensure I am doing the moves correctly. It's also easy to fit into my day working full time from home with my 2 young kids.
I am really enjoying the program and the schedule. However, I would like to see mothers in the videos who are in their third trimester for the exercises because I think the big belly is making a difference in how to do them. Doesn’t seem like the women in the videos are very far along and once in the third trimester kind of changes the physicality of it. Thanks so much!

Great, effective program but the app itself is buggy. Crashes and closes when moving from section to section and navigation in the Village section is difficult.
I regret not starting sooner
It's a great app and I love all the exercises and guidance specially on how to engage the core and when to breathe out! Just wish there were a few more seconds between different exercises!
Great program for busy new mothers. I got in shape extremely quickly after my c-section. Quick workouts that are effective and build in intensity over time so you don’t feel like they are too hard right off the bat. I recommend this program to all my friends all the time.

Every Mother was exactly what I was looking for. After having six children, I completely healed my DR in 12 weeks. And the optional workouts are great. I'm still doing them nearly two years later.
The prompts and community stuff helps me get back in the saddle after falling away from the program. I prefer the FB posts to the forums in the app- I have not gotten used to the new format. Also suggest a few workouts or stretches for those with tight or overactive pelvic floor muscles
Highly recommend this program! The core compressions are relaxing and effective; I have had great results closing my diastasis recti. The workouts are perfectly tailored to work up a safe postpartum sweat, and there are several levels of intensity to choose from if you need a restorative day. Leah Keller does a fantastic job leading each workout and giving specific instructions on when to breathe to maximize effectiveness. I plan to continue this program far into the future!
Affordable...many levels and programs to choose from...I dont have to worry about what to do...i just follow the daily video....improvement in my abdomen...I hope the come up with a companion daily menu next to go with my video !!!!
The EM Reclaim program is amazing! I am almost 2 years post partum after baby #2 with diastasis recti. In just 9 days I started seeing a difference and within the first 2 weeks I saw almost 2 inches fall off of my waist. I feel stronger and more in control of my body. The workouts are light and perfect for where I’m at. Super excited to have this be a part of my life!
This program saved me 8,500 on a tummy tuck that I was told I needed. My upper and lower diastasis has been resolved, I am still working on my belly button area. I lost 2.5 inches off my waist. At day 16 my constant low back pain was gone. By day 21 my depth and width of gap closed. I completed 84 days of reclaim classic and restarted the program.
I love EM! I usually dread going exercise programs and do not end up following through but I needed help with my DR. I’m on day 71 of Reclaim light and have seen significant improvements in bringing my abs together and I feel strong for the first time since my first pregnancy. I am looking forward to continuing the progress. The only issue that I have had is that not all the videos load properly and I have to interrupt my workout to getting back on track. I am not very tech savvy so this could quite easily be unrelated to the app as well. Overall, I love the program!
Love it, easy to use and stick to and also challenging at different levels so your body is fit all around. I recommend to everyone!
I am a fan of the app and the program. The workouts helped me heal my ab separation. I like knowing the workouts are safe for postpartum. There are three different levels of difficulty and each workout is rated. They give you a different workout each day and someone to follow along with on the screen. The length of 15-30 minutes is perfect for me to squeeze into my day taking care of two kids.
