I’m so glad I found Every Mother. I’ve been doing it for a week and can already see a difference. The workouts are easy to follow and won’t take more than 30 min of your time. I love the educational informative videos to help insure you’re doing the workouts correctly. If you’re looking to fix your Diastasis Recti, of need easy to follow workouts you can do anywhere I recommend.
I love the short workouts that target all the areas I need worked on!
After having 4 babies in 3 years (the last two being a set of twins that were singleton weights) I have a severe 5 finger separation. Recently I’ve been struggling with debilitating back and hip pain. I’m only a week into the program but I am hopeful. I love the way it is so simple to follow and informational as well. I needed something all planned out for me and this is perfect. I love the ability to track progress and save favorite exercises.
Every Mother is the best workout app for moms post-partum. I have been able to bounce back stronger than ever, and the workouts and breathing exercises are only 30 min max. I am now pregnant again and am so excited to continue to use the app for pregnancy-safe workouts. I highly recommend this app to all my momma friends and even women who haven't had children!
I’m only 5 days in but it’s been a great experience so far and the only place where I feel like I’m getting the information and exercises I need for my DR in a succinct, yet comprehensive way.
I love the Every Mother App. It has challenging workouts mixed with less challenging ones. You can pick and choose. I do the workouts twice a week and am noticing a difference in my pelvic floor. My only complaint is that I wish they had more workouts with different exercises. I especially like the main lady because she moves quickly from one exercise to the next without wasting any time talking.
One improvement I would suggest: the play/pause button for the videos could be larger/central/more prominent. When I am working out and need to pause to take care of the kids, the small pause button ⏸ on the bottom corner of the screen is not ideal. Love the program and recommend to other moms often!
I love Every Mother and the variety of workouts the app has! I feel stronger and more toned since using it! I would highly recommend it.
I’ve really enjoyed Every Mother. It’s simply doable! The structure of cc each day with new workout daily gives a predictability without being boring. But it’s the ease of use and the simplicity that make the app wonderful. Also, the fact that all the movements are safe and well thought out gives me a peace of mind and a feeling of efficiency. The safe movements videos are a great reminder to bring the workouts into everyday life.
this app has really changed my life for the better and i am so grateful for how it has introduced me to exercise in an unthreatening and motivating way. thank you all for this!! I think i would use the app even more regularly if it was easier to access a favorites list of exercises or core sequences. i see there is this functionality in the workouts tab but it might be nice to have a separate tab dedicated to favorites from any clip category. actually, it would be great if you were able to build your own playlist of clips! a lot of the small videos i like to use but having to take a minute to set up the next one to watch interrupts the exercise.
I love this program!! I was able to confidently fix my diastasis recti with the workouts they provide in my guided path. The app is easy to use and there’s no lag in it. The women who you workout with are fun, dedicated, and very knowledgeable! Love, love Every Mother!!
When it comes to the program itself, I have nothing but positive feedback. I’m not a fan of certain workouts, but that’s completely personal preference. I am seeing the results and that’s what matters most. Where I feel there are shortcomings is within the app itself, particularly with the village area. It’s amazing to have that space available to connect with other women and ask questions, but the whole continuous thread is cumbersome. People end up asking the same questions over and over again and, while the responses are always prompt and thorough, if this whole section was revisited to be more user-friendly, I think this app would be that much better. All that said, I highly recommend this program to everyone I talk to about it!
I'm on day 12 of my path, after two and a half years of NOT recovering after the birth of my twins. It's hard for me to be patient with slow and steady recovery, because I'm used to being able to accomplish things right away - which is why this is my second try at EM. (Totally failed the first time around and couldn't/wouldn't commit the time needed to do it right!) Have to say I'm feeling better already - engaging my core the right way and using the right muscles much more of the time. I find that doing to core workout and accompanying workout first thing in the morning sets me on a better course for my day - both in terms of spirit, and because I'm "waking up" those muscles and reminding them of the best way to support my body through the day. Really enjoying the gradual introduction of new exercises and pacing. It takes more time than the HIIT workouts I was doing before the twins, but I feel like I will arrive at a better place overall if I can stay the course, commit the time, and be patient.
Helped me reduce lower ab pain during pregnancy. Someone recommended Every Mother to me when I mentioned that I'd started experiencing pain in the lower abdomen area at around 20 weeks during my first pregnancy. I used the 7-day trial and then signed up after reading about other women's successes with the program post-partum. I've been really consistent with the exercises over the last 8 weeks (I'm 28 weeks pregnant now), and the pain reduced significantly within 2 weeks of starting the exercises and has effectively disappeared. I'm also glad to be learning how to protect my core as my belly expands, and I feel confident that I'll be able to rebuild my core post-partum with Every Mother. I've recommended it to many pregnant friends!
The program is helpful in giving me specific exercises to do every day, which keeps me working on trying to repair my diastasis. Unfortunately I haven’t seen the results I would have liked, and possibly some of my related postpartum issues may have worsened while doing this program. There is a lot of helpful information, which is great. One thing I’d like to see is more instruction on how to safely perform more everyday movements. As someone with a slightly more severe ab separation as well as pelvic prolapse and a peri umbilical hernia, there are so many things I do throughout the day, such as lifting a toddler in and out of a car seat, dealing with heavy kids throwing tantrums and struggling, or even shovelling snow, that may be causing damage though I try to be mindful.
Every mother is a fantastic app. After my second pregnancy, I wanted to feel empowered in my recovery, and needed a straightforward, uncomplicated path to follow in healing my abs and diastasis recti. Every Mother provided this as well as a community of support through the village. I've truly appreciated what Every Mother has given me.
I love how EM has a path that fits each individual and is full of a variety of tips and workouts.
I’ve used the every mother workouts for 6 years and 4 babies and am very thankful for their cheerfulness, excellence, and safety for pregnancy and post-partum. Thank you!
Truly the best resource for any postpartum woman. I went through two rounds of physical therapy and nothing helped but within one week of doing every mother, I saw a huge difference with my diastasis recti.
I love this program. It works and it’s easy to stick with it.
