Small easy steps that add up to a big change! Used the program with my first pregnancy but not until 10 months postpartum. Noticed a change right after. This pregnancy I’ve used it from 10 weeks postpartum on and it’s a game changer!
The workouts aren't time consuming which is what I need at the moment. My stomach is looking better I did get sick the last 3 weeks, so I did have to miss some workouts which delayed my healing. I did go ahead and purchase another 3 month membership, because i did enjoy the workouts. I especially liked when they would inform when to inhale or exhale in a certain exercise movement. Their email response time is also great, they do have a village portal on their actual app where you can ask questions, but i felt like some questions weren't being answered. I feel like there could be more improvement on the portal. I also feel like they could just do a one time payment instead of a subscription, because sometimes i forget to cancel. Or I get sick and can't continue the program. But overall i really liked my program,and how they have workouts for different stages of motherhood.
The app is very easy to use and the exercises are easy to follow.
This is the first exercise program I have been able to stick to in my life pre or post kids! The way it is designed, the teaching modules, the variety of work outs and modalities of movement are just outstanding. I have seen significant improvement in my measurements in the first 21 days. I feel so much more confident in my whole body, especially my waist, hips and thighs. I feel like I look prettier, and I even walk prettier if that makes sense. I had also had hip pain whenever I layed down in bed since my first pregnancy (12 years ago) so I since then I have slept with a pillow between my knees. After 3 weeks of reclaim light, the pain is gone. Lastly, I was able to play family football outside on Thanksgiving without leaking urine! yay!

I love this program. It is very do-able for my busy schedule and it makes me feel like I’ve accomplished some effective exercise. I hate working out and I’ve always felt lost when it comes to the gym. Every Mother brings the gym to you in an encouraging and accessible way and they teach you how to move your body correctly to get the results you want. I couldn’t recommend this program more!
I had 3-finger diastasis recti and low back pain and couldn't find a doctor to see me for 5 months. I did the Every Mother Reclaim Light workout program to help me while I waited to see the doctor. After 6 weeks, I no longer had diastasis recti or back pain! I like that there is a gentler exercise path. I like the variety of workouts, how short they are, and how easy it is to check off what I've done each day. This has been a huge help to me!
I just feel like it’s a bit too boring.
I absolutely love Every Mother! I have DR and the program has been so helpful and easy to do on a daily basis. I make sure to get my workouts done during my daughter's nap time. I'm feeling stronger and my belly is looking flatter and more normal every day.
The information given plus the exercises post partum have been invaluable as I recovered from childbirth. I also like that the workouts are not long and I can actually get them done while kids are napping.
EM offers a great approach to core fitness with core compressions. I’m reaching large and small muscle groups in all of my workouts! What an amazing program! EM was recommended to me by my OBGYN. I’m so thankful!
Every mother has a variety of workouts including restorative yoga and Pilates, with a tailored path based on your pre/post pregnancy status. The program is educational on how to focus on maintaining correct posture and action of abdominal muscles throughout the day’s activities. Great tool.
Love the exercises, a year in I am sticking with it. However the results are slow, you really have to do it every day consistently to achieve and maintain visible reduction of waistline (at least on the light track)… I stick with it because it makes me feel good and stronger. I love the yoga and Pilates with Aylin especially.
This app has been fantastic. Over been amazing at his thoughtful the workouts are and how different my "path" is from friends who have different things happening with their body post-partum. I've lessened my diastasis by 1.5 fingers so far. And the workouts are short enough to get done even with two toddlers
This is not the first diastasis/post partum recovery program I have used but it's my favorite. So varied and short. Nice small variety of teachers, too.
I am loving EM. The guided paths are helpful so I don't need to choose what workout to do each day, and I'm finding that I consistently use the program —more than I expected I would. Early workouts felt challenging (not necessarily in a good way!) but I can tell that my strength and endurance has changed since keeping at it for 3 months. Highly recommend.
I’m 6 months pregnant and have been using the program for 3 months. I use breathing exercises and the guided paths but it doesn’t feel like I’m getting much of a workout. Maybe I’m just used to higher intensity.
Every mother has helped a ton with my DR! I’m surprised at how well it’s worked so far. I’ve also loved the fitness workouts they have as well. I recommend this to all my mom friends!
Measurable Results I had gone to PT for a couple months without seeing results. Using this app consistently gave me hope again that closing my DR is possible! I've already seen improvement. Loving this program so much. It just seems like everything I’ve needed in one. Pelvic floor therapy, yoga, physical therapy, workouts— it’s just wonderful. Foot and wrist appreciation. The things that really matter but we just tend to skip past. TY EM!
