There is a really nice balance of activity videos and educational videos. This sets the foundation for learning to take an intentional and measured approach to activity. The admins are also very active on the message boards so you get professional guidance along with the personal guidance and experience.

I'm so happy with Every Mother. I had severe DR after having my son, I measured at 5 cm FR 8 weeks postpartum. I saw a pelvic floor physiotherapist for multiple sessions and saw some improvement but my progress seemed to plateau at 3 cm DR. I signed up for Every Mother and after the 12 weeks my DR is at 1.5 at my belly button, 1 cm upper abs and inches off my waist line. I like the variety of workouts, from Pilates, yoga to HIIT to weights. Smartly designed with three levels to cover people at every stage.

I began using the program in January, and I can honestly say it has helped! From learning more about my body and how to take care of it to regaining core strength, overall fitness, and feeling more like myself than I have in years, it's been a wonderful and worthwhile journey. I love the variety of workouts within the program (I'm never bored!), how thoroughly everything is explained, and how odd things become automatic (like getting up properly) over time. As a stay-at-home mom of 3, the workouts are feasible, not overly lengthy, effective, and makes it all so much less overwhelming. I can't say enough about how much I enjoy it all!

Every Mother has been a lifesaver for my postpartum journey. I was so concerned about the bulge in my tummy even 8 weeks postpartum and when I asked my OB she straight up said “Every mother in this clinic whose postpartum has a tummy. It’s nothing new.” I knew something was off though and went to a PT because I’d read about this in a postpartum book. After figuring out I had DR, I started with basic mobility exercises and eventually Every Mother. I’ve closed up my DR, feel confident in my body and the Guided Paths give me the structure that I love. I’m truly grateful for this app. They’re doing a great job with helping women gain back their confidence and strength.

I have always been so hard on my body. After having 3 kids it has not been easy to recover because I keep trying to continue my old lifestyle. Every Mother is training me how to do thing the right way and let my body recover and gain strength safely.

The basic premise of the 10 mins a day makes this accessible and easy to start. There are also workout videos to add in that include a focus on DR and pelvic floor. They’re a good level for someone who recently gave birth or hasn’t worked out in a long time which was perfect for me. If you’re looking for something that’s a crazy hard workout this isn’t it.

I purchased this app while 7 years postpartum, mother of 2. I was in great shape, except for a “weak” core, and nothing I was doing was making it better. I had a minor diastasis recti and doing the reclaim program made it so much better. Then I became pregnant with my third baby! I used the safe pregnancy workouts most of my pregnancy. I’m now 3 months postpartum diving back into reclaim to heal the minor diastasis again! I have high hopes since I know it works and has before. I’ve done just 5 days and already feel so much better with more energy and can see my body toning up. :) highly recommend!!!

Great content. I'm still very new to the program so I can't speak to whether or not the method actually works, but I have high hopes. The Queen's and instructions are way to follow and very well explained.

I love Every Mother! All of the workouts are catered to helping improve my diastasis recti and leave me feeling energized and strong. They vary so I know I am working out my whole body and am never bored. You can tell the whole team has done their research and have put together a helpful, motivating, and meaningful program that I can connect to!

With DR progressively building the load you put on your core, otherwise you stagnate, or even move backwards. Once I really committed to following both the compressions and the workouts in my path, I progressed quickly, and I’ve been trying to fix my DR since the birth of my first son, 9 years ago! I feel strong, toned, and fully connected to my core.

After 5 months of trying my tried and true workout programs post-partum, I still had the belly pooch! I switched to Every Mother and saw amazing results in 2 weeks. I did Every Mother almost every day for 3 months and lost 3 inches around my belly. I'm now back to my pre-baby body thanks to EM. The workouts do get a bit repetitive after 3 months so I'm going to a different workout method. But EM taught me how to workout safety to protect my abdominal muscles and I will continue doing EM's signature core compressions daily. I definitely recommend Every Mother!!!

Hello, if anyone from the company is monitoring this thread, please consider issuing a refund for the $240 you charged for the last two years! The Customer Experience department refuses to help me in this matter, and I just don't believe that a company with such a good product would have such a ruthless refund policy. I only intended to purchase one year, and made the honest mistake of subscribing instead. My last login is 2019, so I clearly didn't use this product. Please consider your company image and values, and don't take advantage of pregnant mothers who make honest mistakes.

I have been following my path for 2 weeks now and can already see and fee a difference in my core. I wish I would have found it sooner.

In general, the program is fantastic. The yoga and pilates program doesn't feel the same as the other instructors and workouts, otherwise, this would be a 5 star review.

While I love the idea of every mother and would have joined again for a new pregnancy im disappointed in how they operate financially. I joined in may 2020 I was in my first trimester, I miscarried however at 11 weeks in june. I dont remember at all what i signed up for and Im sure at the time it was all a great idea, but with the miscarriage and the pandemic, losing my father in law, losing our jobs, having to leave our home I completely blocked whatever deal I made with every mother from existence. I had so much on my mind. I come to find now feb 2022 that ive been charged 45 dollars every 3 months since then and had no idea. You would think like all subscription services a reminder that you are about to be charged would go out. Its so sneaky. I had no idea until i looked at my credit card statement. I was told that I knew the terms and conditions at checkout (back in may 2020 before our lives blew up) and the refunded one payment. I think in light of the crazy times we have all survived and honest mistakes happened I should have been refunded at least half of what i was charged in two years. I mean absolutely no reminder was ever emailed or sent to let you know you paying this thing. Wow. EDIT - refund was 45 dollars for one payment. I’ve been charged two years worth unknowingly.
