The overall experience is good and quick. The sales staff Mo Ishfaq came over to look at my place within 1 working day and helped to arrange installation within a week! The staff, Mark Steadman well notified me in advance his arrival time, took extra care to protect my kitchen floor, helped clean up after his work. Well explained how the softener works, how to change the filter as well as the salt. Both staff are polite and act professionally.

I had a HarveyArc water softener and Tap water filter system installed today by Aaron Brown, and the installation process was smooth and professional. Aaron did an excellent job, ensuring everything was set up correctly and explaining how to use and maintain the system. The work was completed promptly and with great attention to detail, leaving the area clean and tidy. It’s clear that Aaron takes pride in his work, and I highly recommend him to anyone. While I can’t yet speak to the long-term performance of products installed, I will update my review in a few months after using the system. So far, everything looks great, and I’m looking forward to experiencing the benefits of softer water!
