I recently had Chris install a water softener system in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. He arrived on time, explained the installation process clearly, and ensured everything was set up perfectly. He went over all the possible ways to save space under the sink, explaining the pros and cons of each installation method. The work was done efficiently and neatly, with no mess left behind.

Stay away I so disappointed specially with a rep his name is James he told me lies about how this water change his wife and daughters hair and having this system for a year I can now with much confidence say don’t do it it’s not worth it . My hair never been this bad I can’t even put my hand through my hair when I wash , to messy and slimy and we wasting to much water trying to wash the slime away. James offered me a 6 month free interest deal and only start paying interest after 6 months and that’s a lie as Novuna charging me interest from day one. Now I have to pay over £2000 when I only borrow £1200 from them. And he convinced me by saying they have an agreement with Novuna it’s a lie. I have tried for over two months to sort out this problem but nobody wants to eve know, they tell me will call you back and never do . This wasn’t my first agreement with Novuna I had plenty before but never had to pay interest from day one only after the free period. It’s all James and the Harvey water lies. And what is the worst that it’s not worth it I am not happy with the water softener at all . The drinking water machine keeps biping and even though I replaced the filter recently the water has a weird smell like drainage sometimes. I would advise anyone who is thinking about this company please look elsewhere I wish I did. Flora

I don’t know what is wrong about delivering with Evri , this was second time we had problem and after about two weeks we received the water filter

Delivery as time stated, but two blocks arrived broken

I ordered 20 packs of mini curve salt of which only 19 arrived. The delivery was split over two days as the final package had been damaged and taped back together by dpd. It was this damaged package that only contained 4 salt packs instead of 5. So far, every salt pack I have opened has revealed smashed blocks of salt which shows a lack of care somewhere in the system

Last order on Mini Salt blocks was poorly packed, and several of the blocks were cracked. Unsure if this was at the distribution point or in transit.

Ordered on line and part delivered within 3 days.

Had a very pleasant experience with Neil, he was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend their service, not only do they know what they are doing but you can tell they care about the health of their customers!!!

Amar was very polite and listened to my concerns that I had with my soft water. He explained what I had to do and helped with contacting the right person by finding a contact no and also asked me to call him back if the problem was not solved. Made it really simple to understand ☺️
