Liam was very pleasant to deal with and did a fabulous job with the installation. It wasn't the simplest of jobs with a slightly tricky space to access but Liam took the time to do a really neat and professional install and then ran through the app setup and didn't leave until he was satisfied the job was perfect.

poor communication, not very keen to solve customers issues with their products. still charge for services they do not provide.

Had drinking water filters supplied, but for some reason the filter leaked, got onto Harvey and spoke to guy named Rory, which was so helpful, replaced filters no problem, but these also leaked, so recall thinking maybe a bad batch, he decided to sent out a new bracket head for filter, this time all good no leaks. This was all sorted by next day post each time and resolved within a couple of days. Thanking again to Rory excellent service.

We’ve recently moved and took our water softener with us. We used Harvey to uninstall the unit and needed online help with ordering parts for the installation. Olli was helpful and answered my questions. Would recommend

I had a video call with a gentleman called Allan. The call included an introduction to the water softener and an assessment based on our requirements. Allan was polite, answered all questions and at no stage pressurised me to buy the product. He is a real credit to the company.

My experience was great because the company had great communication with me. They turned up on time. They had the parts we needed. He explained the job and also the training that went into it. The job was fixed in an hour and it was thoroughly tested and left me feeling confident The salesman Ben Fleet had linked up and given good advice so I got the right engineer Kieran to do the job both were excellent

I’m getting the Harvey water for the 2nd time.It is working well, as expected. I hope it lasts as well as the first one (13 years). My only request is that Harvey should avoid the temptation of over engineering, now that they have changed the shape of the salt blocks.

This review relates to the installation of a new water softener rather than to the appliance itself. The engineer Liam arrived on time, was very personable, took the trouble to explain everything about the new appliance, was very careful with the fitting and left everything clean and tidy. Overall a very professional job by Liam, much appreciated.

I had issues with the water softener from the start. Their post sales customer service is the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced. I have been trying to get assistance / compensation from this company since 2021. Every year or so, I write a bad review, they get in touch & promise to resolve the issue & then disappear into the abyss again. I suffered terrible damage from their shoddy product & service & am still waiting for a resolution, several years down the line.

I had my Harvey’s water softener installed 5 years ago but have now found my laminate flooring nearby has lifted as the water softener is leaking. The leak has obviously been ongoing for a considerable time to have caused the amount of damage done. The call out charge for an engineer is apparently £189 plus any parts needed. This is extortionate. The appliance should have a working life far in excess of the 3 year guarantee. The benefits of a water softener are greatly exaggerated by the sales staff and I wish now that I had not been taken in.

I had an absolute great service from the start to the end. Hanish the sales person was very informative on the product. I had done my own research and Hanish filled in the areas I didn’t know about the softener. There was no pressure the sales service was so good I instantly signed up. Then to finish off the engineer Hayden who installed our softener was absolutely professional and did a very clean job. Honestly brilliant service from Hanish.
