Billy came to reinstall our water softener after moving house. He also installed an additional outside tap which wasn’t part of the original order, getting an additional quote before carrying out the installation. Billy went out of his way to ensure a really neat installation and we are really happy to be able to continue using softened water in our home again.

The person Frank Moore was excellent while showing demo and he made sure we understand each and every points of softener. He has clarified all our queries and bouts. We were happy to take decision to avail Harveys softener.

We have had a Harvey's water softener for a few years, and it is no longer working. Unfortunately, it is out of warranty now however we are happy to pay for an engineer visit, parts, etc. The problem is that despite Harvey's advertising that they are a nationwide business, there are not trained engineers in our area. It actually appears that there are very few trained engineers across the country. We spoke to one plumber they have listed as an engineer, and he advised he knows nothing about the product. We have been trying to find a solution since January, and Harvey’s have been unwilling to help or problem solve the issue. My husband is a trained plumber and gas engineer so suggested that they could send a manual or help him to troubleshoot so he can buy the parts and fix it, but they are refusing to do this. We have now been months without the water softener and Harvey's refuse to help, so we are stuck in limbo. I would not recommend buying from Harvey's as if anything happens to the product you cannot guarantee you will be able to find an engineer to fix it and the customer service has been poor.

Very happy to be contacted swiftly following my e-mail requesting an engineer to fix a leak. Amar was very helpful/knowledgeable. He was also able to arrange a visit on a suitable date and confirmed the visit would be covered under my warranty.

Purhcased and installed a softener and PCB went within 6 months. No problem it happens. COntacted HArvey and they said they woudl send a replacement on 2nd DEcember 2024... Still waiting and now radio silence from tehm - no matter how much i chase - i have no repalcement lid. The customer service just seems awful and i guess if the product broke wihtin 6 months it can't be that good either - go with another brand that actually cares and follows through with their customer service and therefore is more likely to have invested in their product too.

We enjoyed David Griffiths's presentation very much. David presented the product with concise but accessible information, comprehensively and accurately presented the topic of water softening, and presented the product very well. He also explained the given cost estimate very accessibleibly. Overall, the presentation was 5+. Great job!

One of the main challenges we had after coming to UK was with the hard water. Harvey made it so easy for us and the way how they explained it and dealt was remarkable, the service was beyond words, cant thank enough Liam, who came home for the installation, not only he was excellent but so perfect and proffesional. He made it feel like we never missed any space in our cupboard. It may feel silly but it meant alot when coming to storage space. Thank you team. You guys are wonderful

Delivered into our garage on time.

Dave was a recommendation from a family friend so we decided to try it out for ourselves. Communication was great all throughout, however the initial visit took a bit longer than expected (with the demonstration and testing) especially since we were within working hours (took a total of 2h maybe). Then the engineer Aron was great also, communicated clearly and gave exact timeline, very clean, took shoes off upon entry, and the house was left in impecabile condition after installation. It’s an acquired taste thats for sure however for people who wish to have softer skin, no more irritation, softer clothes, and no more limescale around the sink or shower - its a no brainer. Also refer a friend scheme! BONUS!

David Griffiths arrived to our property on time and gave us a really positive demonstration which was informative and thorough. He answered all of our questions and was very attentive during the demonstrationb

Recommend a friend to buying Harvey, before he bought the water softener all good, then post installation have not received the recommendation bonus. They made several contacts but all in vein. Once bought the item whether it is salt or water softener, they seem to forget about any promise or customer service. Make sure if you dealing with the company to get everything in writing if not then you will have difficulty in honouring what they offered. Update: 03/04/2025 I receive an email stating they will issue the referral but sending me salts but guess what, they should have given me£100 gift voucher but fair enough it’s salt which is fine but they send me 10 packs which £57.95 just over half what they promised.

Very happy customer- My New Harvey’s Water Softener was installed by Aaron Sheridan who communicated with me to let me know his arrival time, was quick & thorough, clean & tidy, very informative leaving us with clear instructions. I’m really happy with the efficient service & product from start to finish. This was my 2nd softener by Harvey’s the 1st one lasted 22 years! I couldn’t do without one.

We enjoy the softened water, no more limescale in my steamer, water boiler and the bath. Easy to clean, save up a lot of time and effort in my daily routines. Aron is helpful and with prompt response. Thanks again.
