Product good, but packaging flimsy, chipped salt blocks
I have been a loyal customer of Harvey Water Softeners since 2019 and the standout benefit for me of having soft water installed in my home is not having dental agony as I did before the soft water came to me. Even my dentist said to me in March of last year to come back next year (2025) and make an appointment then. My appointment is due next month in April.
I’ve been using Water softeners for nearly 10 years. - The quality of the softener has decreased over the time. Dissolves quick though the usage has not changed over years. - Sometimes the blocks are broken when received. - Delivery time too long

First Inspection was great, very quick to answer all the questions and assuring about the product, and clear directions on buying the salt blocks from the application. Installation was super smooth, well explained and the whole process was smooth and very professional.
Price is high compared to the same Harvey's salt that is available in the market. I expect that you would have better rates. So there's no point in buying the salt from Harvey's directly going forward.
Good service from this company but this is the second time that a lot of the salt blocks have been quite damaged. I know they are very heavy but think a bit more care is necessary when delivering/ handling them.
I ordered 2 x 25Kg bags of salt for the water softener as I have done previously many times from Culligan Harvey. Unfortunately, the carrier lost one of the bags so I contacted them to advise this. Within a couple of days, a fresh delivery was made with no fuss. It was good to know that they are able to resolve problems quickly and efficiently as well as being one of the most competitive sources for salt.
Johi was very helpful in the advice he gave. Explained everything about new water softener.
Richard was very kind and easy to relate with. He took his time to demonstrate the process of softening the water and his demonstration encouraged participation.
