A fantastic service from demo to after care. Ken demonstrated the water softener and filtered tap perfectly detailed. He was not pushy at all which is always a great salesmans trait. The unit was installed within a couple of weeks and has been so simple to use, just plug and play. After care has been great with calls to ensure that it is working correctly and has had no problems so far. I definately recommend Harvey water softeners.

Gayna has been very helpful throughout my dealings with setup and aftercare of my water softener and filters.

I had a visit from Ben Edwards to look at my water softener on 19/3. He is a credit to Harveys, messaged me the night before to confirm an arrival time and promptly arrived the next morning. He is very knowledgeable and had the issue identified within minutes explaining everything he was doing as he went along. He also gave me some great tips to help ensure my softener continued to run smoothly. Great service thanks Ben.

All my block salts were broken and some grinded

We had our old water softener removed and a new one installed by Liam Summers from Harvey Water Softeners. Liam was incredibly professional, efficient and very thorough. He ensured we were fully informed and clear on how the system works. The installation has been done in such a way that it takes up minimal space, and we have also had a separate hard water feed tap installed which will be really useful. Overall the job has been done to a very high standard and Liam also left everything in a clean and tidy condition. Would thoroughly recommend Liam and Harvey Water Softeners.

We had Frank Moore come over and do the demonstration to explain how everything works. I love how Harvey water softeners still arrange for this face to face consultation, it makes such a difference being able to discuss everything in person. Frank was so kind, compassionate and extremely informative as well. He was able to explain and answer every question I had which was so helpful and made decision making much simpler. I’m really hoping the change in water has a positive impact on my baby’s severe eczema.

Paula contacted me very quickly after putting in a request for a call back online. She helped me with what I needed promptly and arranged for the parts to be sent.

Engineer Liam arrived on time, ran through the installation process with us and put down floor protection prior to commencing work. During the install he was polite and courteous at all times. He took a lot of care to install the external wall box, shaping the rear of the box to exactly match the profile of our stone wall. On completion the house was left tidy and the new system explained clearly to us. Thank you Ron Atkins

Amar Bhatti was helpful in trying to resolve the issues that arose around a missed appointment due to the engineer not having the right parts to fix the leaking tap.

Having had the system fitted one year ago I am delighted with it. No more deposits in the shower which stays clean. The difference in the water which is hard in our area is clear with the washing machine and dishwasher performing so much better. I also find the salt reminder on the app very helpful. Highly recommended.
