Really disappointed- as most of the salt blocks are always damaged. The knot resin I still buy them from here is because I’m yet to find an alternative provider to provide salt for these machines.

Liam is very professional and friendly . Done great job, left the kitchen all tidy and explained all how it works .

End to end, this has been one of the most comprehensive but straightforward transactions. Steve came twice (12 months apart) and helped me finish off the decision making to proceed, and his polite, professional and friendly manner made such a difference. Liam kept us informed of his arrival and clearly explained the installation process. I'm no expert, but he's done an excellent job and had such a pleasant manner - makes all the difference. So far the product is excellent. I'd have no hesitation recommending Harvey, but also commend both Steve and Liam for their professional attitude and approach. 6 stars

Gayna in Sales was really responsive and particularly great at following up on detailed questions with really comprehensive answers that were reassuring. Richard took real care with the installation, making absolutely sure everything was set up as requested and readily found solutions when the plan needed to flex. Easy to order and good delivery service

Needed a new water softener. Installed within a few days of ordering. Works really well. The water feels noticeably softer. A phone app lets you know how much salt is left and refilling it is a simple process. A delivery of replacement salt blocks arrived within three days of ordering. Recommended.

Delivered salt blocks were Broken

Salt block are great quality. Fairly quick delivery times. Reason for 4 stars is that the courier used to deliver the blocks clearly do not take great care as most blocks in the packs opened so far are broken. I know it can happy but when I've had deliveries of these over the years they seem to be getting broken more and more than at the start.
