The order was fine and was delivered in a timely manner. The issue was however with the delivery driver/company and the handling of the package. 3 (of 12) packs were damaged and I don’t mean chipped or lightly damaged. I’m talking broken in half or sometimes even 3 pieces making them very difficult to use. There were just left outside the house with total disregard for the contents. May want to consider terms of delivery with the delivery company or contracting with a company who takes a bit more care.

I had been thinking of getting a Harvey Water softener for quite some time and was recommended by a neighbour who recently had it installed. Keith was excellent. On time for appointment and friendly. Very professional and did a very good demo to show the benefits of soft water vs hard water. Went through all options available that suited my needs the most e.g needing soft water to help skin conditions. Also helped provide multiple options on where the unit could be installed. He was very friendly and never put me under pressure to commit. Installation has been arranged within the next week and excited to start reaping the benefits of my new water softener. Thank you again Keith for your excellent service and knowledge.

Had a great demo with Keith - he explained the difference between soft and hard water, and also showed it in a very transparent manner through the demo. It was almost like magic! Highly recommend an in person appointment to truly understand the benefits of the Harvey filters and softeners.

Used to be much better service prior to Culligan merger. Salt takes longer for delivery and often cracked blocks so assume they use a careless delivery provider. Have decided to buy my salt from a supplier who does not damage the blocks not impressed gone down in my experience and customer care needs not acceptable now. GO ELSEWHERE!

Was told during installation that the only noise that I should hear will be when the system is refilling. However there is throbbing noise coming from the unit and though 2 engineers have been, with one drilling a whole through my wall to push a pipe throw to outside my house, the noise persists.

Although the price gone up, the service keep it going!

On delivery both salt blocks were damaged, one in a minor way, the other was broken into numerous pieces, they were both useable, it is moot ideal.
