Quick delivery, however as these salt blocks are so extremely heavy the delivery drivers must be instructed to carry a trolly to deliver. They don't and simply leave it on the ground floor despite the building having a lift!! I might have to buy a trolly only to use it once a year?!

David Griffiths provided a great demonstration. He knows the product very well and was able to provide clear answers to all my questions.

I had an appointment on 19th of Feb and got a call from Brian mentioning he was in my area and if I want then he can come and commission the system and I happily agreed to have a day in advance. He arrived on time, fixed my filter and cleaned the softener and fitting it the way it should have been done in the first place and making no mess at all. I am really happy with the softener and can see the positive difference. Lime scales seem to be things of past. Overall I will recommend Brian and Harvey product. Thanks a ton Brian.

The softener has never worked properly and still having issues despite several engineers visits.

Fed up with Harvey’s. Delivery is fast. Apart from that service and quality is poor. I ordered 21 packs of salt and only 1 or 2 blocks were intact. When I called to complain I was told that nothing to do with them and I can still use the salt. This is the 3rd time and I didn’t bother ringing them. Salt dissolves to quick compared to pre covid times and cost has more than doubled.

Great service from Rory in the Tech/Aftersales Department. He called or emailed several times eventually we managed to discuss the problem and he has hopefully sorted it out. Well done Rory.

Simple to order, prompt delivery

Water is very soft and smooth hope won’t have any problems in future like lime scale .

Paul was very informative, knowledgeable about the products and the market. He was very friendly and built a great rapport. He was very honest and took our concerns and explained everything thoroughly.

Had a replacement softener installed. Can't fault sales or installer. Our original Harvey softener lasted for almost 20 years.

Prompt response to concern raised and most impressed that the customer advisor desk could share that a photo of installation was taken 4yrs ago - this was sent to me via email and directed me to the area I needed to use to shut off water to filter whilst I waited for an engineer to attend my home later. A second visit was required and engineer arranged this with his service colleagues over the phone (on hands free) allowing me to be fully involved with both he and his colleague - no hidden details, open and transparent interaction making me (the customer) feel respected and cared for.

I truly enjoyed the demo with Frank Moore. He took the time to explain how the system works and to answer all my questions. Frank helped me choose the best option for my house and schedule an installation. It was eye opening to feel the difference in water during the demo.

Was helped by Darren from Harvey today. Super efficient and sorted everything for me in minutes. Darren made the process so easy and quick - rare these days that anything is as swift and effortless. Thanks Darren!
