Billed £375 for a repair to the softener - we had to put up with very salty water for 3 weeks before the engineer visit. £189 of the fee was for the engineer who completed the task in under an hour. Way too expensive and repairs are only warrented for 3 months. IT'S NOT WORTH IT!

Great product as we are plagued by limescale and the difference since fitting is remarkable.

Communication were very good start to finish. The water softener system has been explained demonstrated which was easy to understand. Sorry but I was not Happy with the Delivery at all , one outer was Damaged, made a complain but refused to Replace and was offered 10% Discount on next order . Not very happy to do the Business

I purchased a Harvey's Arc water softener last year when I renovated my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat, but I made the mistake of asking the builders to install it instead of getting Harvey's to install it. It was working fine and I did my own water tests using some testing strips I bought online, which showed that our very hard London water was being successfully softened. Anedoctally this is also noticeable from the lack of limescale and white residue build up on our taps and shower heads. Unfortunately due to the poor installation, the pipes connecting to the water softener were leaking, so I called up Harveys for assistance and a helpful engineer called Sam came round to have a look. Due to the poor installation we did need to pay for a service, but Sam was very friendly and did a great job in re-installing the water softener correctly. One final thing I thought I would mention is that the water softener does not appear to have any negative impact on water pressure, which is important as we are in a 5th floor flat.

I regret purchasing a Harvey Water Softener. Despite spending over £2,000, I have been experiencing hard water for the past nine months, and their team has been unable to resolve the issue despite multiple engineer visits. I raised a formal complaint, and the only response I received was an offer to extend my warranty by three months—but what’s the point when I haven’t even had a fully functioning water softener for the last nine months? I have repeatedly requested a refund or a replacement unit, but these requests have been ignored. Management has yet to respond, and the issue remains unresolved. The lack of accountability, poor product performance, and terrible customer service are completely unacceptable. I expected a premium product and service, but instead, I’ve been left with a faulty system and no resolution. Avoid this company if you value your time, money, and water quality.

The salt in the package was broken in to two to three pieces. It is really waste can't use it.
