Friendly, efficient service by Anna at the Leeds branch, as always was a fantastic shopping experience.

We like the comfortable atmosphere in the store. We could walk around without fear of being approached by over-eager sales staff. When we needed advice it was there. We were served by Craig Thornton-Fletcher. He guided us through the sales process in a friendly, professional way appropriately injecting humour. His support extended beyond the store answering our telephone queries. We would definitely recommend this store.

Go and see David Johnson in the sofas department, knows his stuff. Not pushy at all and a pleasure to deal with, we looked in a number of similar stores in Yorkshire but felt compelled to go and order from him, when we finally went to purchase they even offered us some extra discount without us even asking which was a great bonus - lovely store also. Has a good range of affordable up to fairly expensive pieces so you should be able to find something nice

Got just what we wanted at a great price, had to visit a few times to make sure the sofa was right and staff were all really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Anna explained the process, including lead times and next steps after paying the deposit, she was really helpful throughout without being too intrusive, and helped us to make the right decision.

Paul, Lisa and Lynn were excellent in helping to choose a range of items for the home. Great recommendations with friendly but professional customer service. I suggest anyone looking for furniture see Lisa, whilst Lynn will tell you everyone you need to know about beds.

We looked around all of the major sheds whilst looking for a new suit. Found that most of the sales staff wouldn't leave us alone just to look around. We didn't find that at Christopher Pratts. The staff where friendly and approachable, but not in your face. There is a vast selection of furniture to choose from and we found just what we wanted. We dealt with Anna Allsebrook who couldn't do enough for us. She clearly knew her products and was very helpful and patient with us while we took the colour / cloth samples outside to see what they looked like in day light. The suit is on order, and its going to be a while - but that was clearly explained, and didn't matter to us. Would definitely recommend visiting the store if you're in the market for furiture. Took us quite a while to settle on the exact pieces we wanted and the sales support given was first class.

So had sofa 3 years with insurance!!!! and the leather is peeling it wasn't a cheap sofa one of their Italian range .The insurance won't cover manufacturing faults and told me it was a cheap sofa it was over £2000 which isn't cheap I called Pratts and they never got back to me .So don't bother with the insurance they overcharge for it anyway a repair is cheaper!!!!! I won't buy from them again you will pay more and it won't be any better than DFS 😡

I enjoyed my visit to Christopher Pratts; the store is well laid out and not too crowded. Lisa Berry looked after me on my visit and was very helpful and a delight to talk to.

We called in to look for a new mattress and after speaking with Lynn who gave us lots of information and advice and after trying lots of different beds we decided to buy a divan set which suited our needs. Lynn was extremely knowledgeable and helpful giving us plenty of time to make our decision. She explained all our optional choices and made the whole process a pleasure. We have made quite a few purchases in the past and we have always found the service excellent.

We visited Christopher Pratts at the weekend. We initially went to look at sideboards but found ourselves being drawn to the lovely corner sofas. We knew we needed a new sofa in the next few months but after visiting the showroom decided to bring our decision forward, The quality of the products at Christopher Pratts is second to none. We found a sofa we liked and went through the options for sizing and fabrics with David Johnson. We found David to be polite, professional, friendly and he gave us the time and space we needed (without feeling pressured). Prior to making a final decision we visited some of the sofa showrooms at Birstall and quickly realised the quality was very much lacking despite being similarly priced. We have now ordered our sofa and it will be arriving in the next 10-12 weeks - we can’t wait! Thank you David for all your help and advice !

Visited yesterday to look for a bed and dining table and chairs. We were made to feel very welcome and all the staff we encountered was friendly and professional. The showroom has a fabulous choice of furniture and although a little pricier than other places, what we saw was much better quality than other stores. We ordered a beautiful ash dining table and leather swivel chairs and we were superbly looked after by Dale, who went above and beyond to make sure the product suited our needs and was very patient with our indecisiveness 😬 We’d also like to thank Lisa for her help and Lynne in the bed dept, who’s knowledge and honest approach to sales really was appreciated to help us decide the bed we initially wanted wasn’t quite right for us. We’ll be back soon to choose another bed !
