In my opinion Pratts is the best furniture store in the Leeds area. Duncan was very helpful and also patient . We really weren’t sure what we wanted. But, with Duncan’s help, we got there in the end. Overall it was quite a pleasant experience.

I visited to buy a new mattress and was greeted by David Tolchard who briefly summarised what was available and where. He then left me to look at various options without hovering nearby or pressuring me into one choice or another but was readily available for any questions I had. Once I had made my choice the process of purchasing it was made easy. I just need to receive it now.

The ambience of the store is really nice. Chris, the salesman was exceptional with knowledge and advice on our purchase.

David was as welcoming and efficient as ever.

The Store has an excellent range of products. The man who served us was very good at the Suites he showed us. He was never pushy, and allowed us to make up our own minds, and we were delighted to purchase the Parker Knoll suite. Lets hope the suite is as good as the service shown.

Visited on 1st March to look at beds. Fantastic selection very helpful staff particularly David Tolchard. No pressure but very informative. Would certainly shop here again. Bought a bed,mattress and cover. Would recommend to anyone.

After initially going in to buy chairs and being sidetracked upstairs into purchasing a mattress (see previous review) we then went back to our original mission. Who knew finding kitchen chairs could be such an upbeat experience? Duncan is enthusiastic and knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He's a great salesman who makes you feel valued as a customer and really knows his stuff. This is the kind of customer service that makes you return to a company.

I do not normally write reviews but credit where it is due. I must admit I do not particularly enjoy the retail experience due to pushy rude sales staff with little or no depth of knowledge and integrity somewhat lacking. However top marks for Craig Thornton-Fletcher at the Leeds store. In brief we initially came into store in October 2024 as we were considering purchasing some items from the Duresta collection. We spoke to Craig who was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and not pushy in the slightest. It was evident that Craig had a genuine depth of knowledge not only with regard to Duresta but other products in the store also. Following our initial visit to Christopher Pratt’s I had a couple of queries which Craig responded to by email almost immediately. As it was a ‘considered purchase’ we were pondering over we later returned to store yesterday and we were greeted by Craig. Again Craig was professional, patient with a can do attitude. We purchased the sofa collection we initially saw in October from Craig and the whole exercise was faultless. We will definitely return.

We called in on Sunday to look at matresses. Had a really good experience as plenty of time on our own to try them out. Simon was really good answering our questions. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Enjoyed a relaxed experience.

Lisa and Paul @leeds were fantastic. Really helpful with no pushy sales narrative. Very knowledgeable about aftercare. An absolute pleasure to deal with and I will be going back again.

Called in the store on Saterday 01/03/25 with the intention of ordering a replacement double bed. We had alredy decided what brand we wanted to enquire about. We were met by David Tolchard who directed us to the right area and explained the specifications and the best procedure for chosing the right mattress, then left us alone for us to make our initial decisions. Having given us time he returned and told us about the options available within our decision. He was very proffesional and and courteous throughout making it a very good and pleasant experiance. We are long standing customers of Christopher Pratts and, as always, were well pleased with the service received. We have no hesitation in recomending David and the company to anyone

Finally made a decision and ordered a new sofa and chair. There was so much choice, but the staff guided us to a model that fulfilled all our requirements - it’s tricky when the husband is tall and the wife is short! Lisa Berry was endlessly patient and made helpful suggestions in terms of colour and accessories. I now wait with anticipation for delivery day :-)

I revisited Pratts today to firm up on my choice of Sofas .Chris was there to help me without being pushy . I was given the information I asked for and then left to make my own mind up . Thank you for your help .

Visited Christopher Pratts today 2.3.25. Got 100% customer service from Lynn, she was extremely knowledgeable and helped us to choose the right mattress and bed frame. Thanks again Lynn, your customer care and advice was much appreciated.
