Buying new sofas and looked in so many shops at so many sofas. Nothing quite right. Felt like Goldilocks; too big, too small, too hard, too soft… after another visit to John Lewis we left Leeds via Regent Street and saw the Christopher Pratts shop. Pulled into the free carpark and then found the perfect sofa at a good price. Delivery only 7 weeks. Ably assisted in our purchases by Chris. Just got to paint the front room now in readiness.

Saw Simon again today, he was excellent going through all the beds and choices. He was very knowledgeable and the showroom was full of different beds. We went ahead and purchased a nice bed. Thanks Anna and Neil

Visited Christopher Pratts two weeks ago looking for living room furniture, we spoke to a member of sales Andy Aylesbury who showed us numerous choices We needed to measure our living room before ordering two settee’s and also to decide between two colours. We returned two weeks later and spoke with Andy in sales again he explained everything we needed to know on how to look after the leather settees. He was exceptionally helpful and full of knowledge. Visited store yesterday after a recommendation from a friend. Had visited numerous other furniture stores without success, mainly due to pushy salespeople!!! Andy Aylesbury came over to us in Pratts asked us what we were looking for, showed us what was available and ………….yes! he left us alone. He was there if we needed him to answer our questions, never felt any pressure, what a refreshing change. We saw what we wanted, Andy gave us the details and prices and we rang back today to complete our purchase. Would recommend Pratts and Andy.

Having recently bought a leather sofa from Pratts and had absolutely excellent service from Richard the salesman and the whole delivery team we decided to return to look for a new 3 piece suite for our lounge. This time the salesman was Chris and he was also excellent. He was very patient as we took quite a while to decide what we wanted but he helped us through the process magnificently and processed our order very efficiently. He explained the whole process and will keep us informed as to when we will receive our furniture. He also ordered some fabric samples for us so that we can look for a carpet to complement the furniture. We cannot thank him enough for all his help. We highly recommend this company and all their staff.

Andy was really helpful. Gave us space and time to browse but was available whenever we needed help. Andy helped us explore colours and fabrics and different options and ultimately helped us buy a sofa after lots of visits to various shops. Thank you

Found a rare gem in the Leeds store today, Anna a wonderful helpful friendly sales assistant who actually knew about the furniture she was selling. She made sure I was aware of all the options for the sofa I was purchasing and advised on the different fillings.A true asset to the store

Her knowledge and years of experience was clear from the start and helped us to find the perfect bed and mattress to suit our needs. Very impressed so far and looking forward to our new purchase!

All staff were engaged with customers so had to wait for an assistant to be available to help . It was lunchtime.! Andy and Chris gave all the help we needed on first and ground floor and weren't pushy .

Our experience at Christopher Pratts was great. The shop sells only first-choice furniture and there is a great variety of different styles. Of course, it is more expensive than other solutions, but if you do not want furniture that looks 'cheap' it is the best solution in Leeds. Shop assistants are very nice and knowledgeable, the delivery team is super professional and courteous.

We had a fantastic visit on Tuesday in the Leeds Office. Anna made myself, 2 daughters and 2 very young grandchildren feel very important and helped us make a very good choice of sofas. We are looking forward to these being delivered. She also took a lovely photo of us sat on the said sofa. Thank you

We bought a Harrison king size bed from Lynn in the bedding dept of the Leeds store a few weeks ago. She was a consummate professional and knows her subject matter very well.
