I can't fault the service from Christopher Pratts. Very professional. We were pleased to be looked after by Craig Thornton-Fletcher, a senior and very experienced member of staff. Craig drew on all his experience to help so much both in store (Leeds) and subsequently over the phone in making our choice and working through all the options. Craig did what he said he would do and was very responsive at all times and got all the details right.

We were allowed plenty of time to consider our options ie no hard sell or pressure by Chris Barraclough in the Leeds store. He gave us useful information to consider before finally placing the order, again no pressure. Paperwork completed satisfactorily and since then has kept us updated on progress.

Bought a Hypnos mattress along with a divan and bedding which was delivered today. Too early to review this yet but the whole experience from Christopher Pratts has been exceptional. From the expertise, knowledge and integrity of Simon Morris on the shop floor to the communication, delivery and assembly. Would highly recommend.

We have ordered a new sofa & chair for our living room. Pratts has a wide range to choose from and the salesperson, David Johnson, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Good price and free delivery.

I was welcomed by David as I arrived in the bed section of the store. I explained what I was looking for and David showed me several beds across a range of prices. He listened carefully to what I was after and made suggestions. After trying and retrying a number of options, I made my selection. David then took me through the order process and helpfully explained the lead time and payment schedule. He also explained some offers available on pillows and mattress protectors. The whole process was made easy by David’s excellent knowledge and helpful manner. Thanks very much.

The sales assistant David Tolchard in Leeds was both knowledgeable and helpful. We have placed an order with unusual requests none of which appeared to be too much trouble. We have had both email and phone contact and are soon to place a further order.

Mr David Johnson of the store, offered his assistance and we were promptly given plenty of helpful advice on sofas which would be suitable for our needs. David was excellent, he immediately put us at ease and his friendly, knowledgeable attitude was a deciding factor in completing our purchase from the store. Visited Pratts in Leeds to place an order for a sofa. We were helped by David Johnson with our purchase. This is the second time we spoke with him and he couldn’t have been more helpful. The store has a fantastic choice of all types of furniture with something for everyone. Thank you again to the staff who weren’t pushy in any way but made our decision making much easier.

The whole process was very smooth from browsing the showroom in Leeds, to the booking and executing of the delivery.

Visited the store on regent street today with my wife looking for a suite. Was assisted by salesman Chris, who was helpful, knowledgeable, and had an easy going manner, did not try to push is into anything we did not like or need, ultimately we purchased a 3 seater sofa and a recliner chair. We were then passed over to the carpet man Josh who also impressed with his knowledge and very helpful,so we also ordered a carpet. Thanks to you both.
