Anna guided us to suitable pieces of furniture, which saved us a lot of time because the shop has such a large range. Anna was helpful when it came to deciding on the fabrics, and we will be back to look at the next items we need.

Christopher Pratts has a great range of furniture at reasonable prices and a sales team that does them credit. We made a couple of visits before deciding on the sofa we wanted and felt no pressure from the staff, who were helpful and informative, then gave us breathing space to make up our minds. In particular, we’d like to thank Craig Thornton-Fletcher for guiding us through the process. Couldn’t be happier with his customer care.

I liked the fact that I was allowed to browse undisturbed. When I needed service Mr Thornton-Fletcher was instantly available, informative and friendly. He had encyclopaedic knowledge of the store's products but respected my decision not to explore other colour/ style options despite drawing this to my attention. He remained professional throughout.

Bought three leather sofas from Dale Williamson. He couldn’t have been more helpful. He was very knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed. First class.

We have been regular customers of Pratts for years as we have always had a very good experience with the sales staff and their prices are competitive. On this occasion we were purchasing new furniture for our lounge. The salesman, Craig Thornton-Fletcher, was excellent. He knew the Tertad range that we were interested in inside out. He wasnt the least bit pushy and left us to consider what we wanted whilst offering advice and guidance when needed. Having chosen the furniture he was also able to provide us with a competitve price on what was already sale price furniture.

We recently bought a new bed Lynn was extremely helpful in guiding us in choosing the correct bed and headboard We would recommend Pratts without any hesitation

We started browsing for a new sofa a few months ago in the Leeds store and Duncan was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We returned today to order our sofa and we were so pleased that Duncan was there again to help us out. Thank you for making our experience easy and reassuring! Very polite and friendly service

Another purchase from Christopher Pratts was made by us recently. We were looking for a new sofa and chairs and Chris left us to wander around the amazing store with so much choice he was on hand to give us advice as and when requested (no pressure). We eventually found what we were looking for and Chris dealt with the sale in an efficient and friendly way making for a relaxing experience. Would definitely recommend this store.

We were greeted by Lisa Berry in store as we were browsing. She made everything an enjoyable experience. She was very knowledgeable about the products we were looking at. Nothing was too much trouble when we were asking numerous questions. We were not rushed into a purchase as we wanted to go away and think about the space the sofa would be going re sizing etc.I would definitely shop here again.

We came to Christopher Pratts in search of a new bedframe and mattress. David T provided us with lots of help and support in making our choice. No pressure and a very relaxed experience as well as some genuinely useful answers to our questions which helped us to make a final decision. Great experience!!

Customer service done right! The guys at Pratts in Leeds really go the extra mile to make you feel like a truly valued customer. All staff were exceptionally polite and approachable. I needed to amend something with a prior order and over the space of a couple weeks, ended up meeting most of their team; Craig, Lisa, Chris and Paul. All really made me feel like my custom was their priority and they managed to efficiently sort out the issue as a team!… plus the extra bonus of Craig being a Liverpool fan was a nice touch!.. The shop floor is also stellar… not to mention their sofas are the best around having done the research! Would recommend this store to anyone who’s looking to buy a really quality sofa from a really quality team. Thanks guys 🫡

Purchased some bits and pieces for our new home. Chris Barrowclough was a great person to deal with, had some banter with him. The thing we love about Pratts is the range and quality of furniture they stock, we always get new ideas when we walk around the store. Shout out also to the delivery men who delivered a new bed recently, excellent service.

Bought a settee with help from Dale today, he was very helpful, but not in your face, gave us plenty of time to discuss the purchase by ourselves, but was on hand to answer any questions.

Having no real idea of what our new lounge / dining room would be we were looking for inspiration. Luckily, Dale looked after us and we found the right combination in just 2 visits. It was Dale's absolute mission to make sure that what we ordered was excactly the right choice in terms of size, placement, colours and materials. Dining table, chairs, mirror and sofa ordered. Now in great communication with the delivery team and 10/10 so far!
