I was not looking for a sofa specifically but saw one that looked perfect. A member of staff (Duncan Edwards) explained why it was discounted, gave me comprehensive detail about the fabric, make and build of the sofa. I was not talked into the sale, very much an assistance level of service. Very professional and helpful. I now have the sofa at home, I'm really pleased with it. Delivery didn't take long. Purchasing at Christopher Pratts was a good experience and positive all the way. Thank you.

Unpressured and helpful advice (design, comfort and finish) from Duncan over three visits before we committed to Parker Knoll recliner suite. Anna’s interior design experience very much simplified the choice of colour. Great service overall and look forward to delivery shortly.

Duncan was extremely helpful from start to finish. We are a large family and he made every effort to find a sofa that met our need both practically and aesthetically He remembered all our names and was always welcoming when we went into store… The little details made all the difference Thank you very much!!

We paid several visits to the Leeds store before finally choosing our new suite, each time we were met by Dale who was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. At no time did we feel under pressure to buy and although Dale was always available to answer any questions he left us alone to be able to speak to each other privately about the choices we were making. The long lead time (16 weeks) on the delivery of our new suite was causing us some issues but Dale went above and beyond to arrange a temporary suite to be delivered to us while ours was being manufactured. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend.

We came in yesterday to purchase a new dining table and chairs, I found Dale to be extremely helpful, he wasn’t pushy and adviced me on what chairs would look great with the table, he was very friendly and even took time to listen to my daughter singing to him 🤣. Thank you so much Dale we can’t wait to receive our new dining table.

During my purchase of a corner sofa, Chris Barrowclough was so helpful and friendly - and not at all pushy! After deciding on the sofa he also helped me choose two coffee tables to match my new furniture. He made me feel valued as a customer and I won't hesitate to go back when I start renewing my dining room furniture.

Love the ambiance of this store (Leeds) the staff are all really friendly and knowledgeable. David Johnson served us and made the whole experience fantastic. Couldn’t fault him at all.

We recently ordered a sofa from Patty’s. We dealt with Duncan initially and then with Christopher when we placed the order. Both guys were great. Attentive without being pushy and very clear with explanations and making sure we had ordered the right thing.

This company’s totally focused on customer care and service. This was demonstrated on my recent purchase. I had an issue which was handled promptly, the showroom manager handled this personally and we are more than happy with the outcome. Christopher Pratts is always my first choice for furniture I buy with confidence that my furniture will be the best quality, and in the unlikely event that if there any problems they will be sorted quickly. First time visiting the shop in Leeds and we were very pleasantly surprised. Really good range of products and we purchased a dining table and chairs. Dale Williamson was very helpful in answering our questions and provided a great customer experience.

He was attentive but left us to look round the store at our leisure.Since placing the order he has kept us updated with information regarding time scales .

This was our 2nd visit to Christopher Pratts, after our 1st to ‘scout out’ some furniture for our new home. David Tolchard helped us both times (and even remembered us from the 1st visit which was a really nice touch!). We visited the Christopher Pratts showroom with a clear idea of the furniture we wanted after viewing it online. Duncan was able to steer us towards a different range which better suited our needs. On the 25th January 2025 we visited Christoper Pratts after visits to many other furniture stores. Dale Williamson was our sales representative for Prattts. He was extremely helpful without the pressure we received from sales persons in other stores. He guided us around various options and allowed us the time to decide for ourselves. His service was, and the promised service from Christopher Pratts, without doubt, a major reason we purchased on that day. We have now had notification that our goods are ready for delivery - much quicker than we expected. Many thanks Eamonn Sweeney
