Craig was very informative, directed us to choices that matched what we looking for, and even after our choice showed us some items we may not have seen.

We have visited the Leeds showroom on two occasions looking for a 3 piece suite and carpet. Duncan has been extremely helpful and patient as we are challenged with suite aesthetics, frame dimensions, fabrics and a suitable carpet. We are narrowing down the choice of suite and have arranged for Josh to home visit to measure up for the carpet.

Went to look at a new bed. Came away having ordered and feeling confident we had the best for us. Who knew mattresses were so complicated! Lynn knows her stuff and really helped us to chose correctly. Good price and free delivery which isnt always the case. Found so many more things we like (for next time!) A great shopping experience too, being allowed to just wander but there when you want to ask for help.

We went to buy a chair and footstool( both on sale) to match a previous purchase. Anna was very helpful throughout and checked if we could get the legs changed to match our sofa and rang us later as promised with this information. She also arranged for a colleague to help us load them in the car. Once again, excellent service at Pratt’s.

We’ve just been back to Christopher Pratts to order new sofas. We bought a sofa and two easy chairs a couple of years ago which we’re really pleased with, so to be honest, we went straight back this time. David Johnson looked after us again which was lovely. A great selection of furniture, no pushy sales and we’ve felt really looked after. We needed an after sales visit for one of the chairs and the service was fantastic. I don’t think we need anything else for a while, but if we do, we wouldn’t hesitate going straight back to see David!

Duncan was wonderful when my mum and I came in last week on the hunt for a sofa for my new flat. He greeted us upon arrival with a warm smile and an offer of a helping hand. We wanted a very particular sofa due to the dimensions of the flat and he knew exactly where to take us. We ended up landing on the first sofa he recommended and we also found a great mirror on our trip too. We didn't start out our day with much hope due to the specific requirements of the sofa but left the shop happy and refreshed too following a lovely cup of coffee. Thank you for your great customer service Duncan. We'll be back for more furniture once I build the space!

From walking into the shop to having our new sofas delivered has been fantastic. Duncan Edwards was extremely patient and helpful with us choosing the fabrics. The delivery was made on time and the delivery men were both very friendly and took all packaging away. They even set up the cushions for us! Thank you to all.

We were looking for a table and chair suitable for our guest bedroom. David Johnson attended to us within 5 minutes of our arrival. He took the time to show us various options. In the end we chose the set he showed us in the first place. The entire transaction took less than 30 minutes. Delivery was swift, and items arrived as promised. There was plenty of choice in the sales room. David Johnson was helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. He provided us with some initial direction but then allowed us time to browse. He regularly returned to offer further bite size information and answer any questions in a patient manner. He processed our order efficiently and remained professional at all times.

We visited the store a few weeks ago and it was good to be able to wander around the store without being continually approached by sales staff. However when did require assistance Duncan was very helpful and patient as we tried to decide which love seat to buy. The added bonus is that the store doesn’t charge for delivery
