Just purchased my new bed and bedroom furniture with the help of Lynn. She is very knowledgeable about the products and spent a lot of time helping to ensure that everything fitted my requirements even down to moving two items of furniture so that we could see how they pieced together. This is the second time I have bought from Lynn this year and would like to say a big thank you for all her assistance. I really can’t recommend her enough!

My husband and I visited Christopher Pratts in Leeds looking for inspiration. We were finding shopping for new furniture overwhelming ! We were delighted when Dale Williamson joined us to offer help. He took time to get to know what what we wanted and offered explanation and guidance on products we were interested in. Much to our delight ( and surprise) we agreed a purchase from the Stressless range , aptly named !! Our whole experience was enjoyable, thank you Dale !!!

Expert treatment by the salesperson, who was extremely professional and explained very well the different types of double beds on offer. There was a vast number of beds on display and we eventually arrived at the most suitable one for us. It is always a pleasure to go to Christopher Pratts in Leeds for bedding and furniture. Plenty of choice.

A big 'Thankyou' to Dale - he was a great help, told us all we needed to know about the chairs we wanted and we ordered them the same day. We were told 3 weeks delivery but have already had notification they are being delivered after 10 days. Excellant service again from Christopher Pratts

Spoke with Richard today and put a deposit down on a Power recliner armchair what a helpful guy he was this would be my second purchase from Pratt and I just love the piece they have in there

Saw many sofas this weekend we loved but had questions with some of them. Luckily, David came to our rescue who was very knowledgeable and professional in his approach without being pushy. If it wasn’t for him we would have left the store not knowing that the suite we favoured came with a traditional back and not as per the showroom model. Can’t wait for it to arrive…..
