LISA BERRY, oh my gosh I would marry that lady if I could. No seriously, no one approached us when we were looking for help, we had our 4 month old baby with us and we looked weird doing a sway shh rock thing and we really wanted this table in the back. We caught Lisa's eye and immediately felt comfortable telling her what we needed from a sofa as well, the first one she suggested we were thinking about for a bit and she asked what's wrong and my husband (the most non confrontational person on the planet) peeped up and said he wanted higher arms. A testament to how comfortable she made us. Her product knowledge was incredible and the second sofa she showed us was the perfect fit. Anyway long story short we got our table and a new sofa. Thank you Lisa.

Needed to look for a new bed and dealt with Lynn who was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. As a result, we had no hesitation in placing the order immediately.

Andy was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He listened to our extensive requirements - a modern extending table that would seat up to 10 people and showed us a number of dining tables and associated chair options without any pressure for us to make a purchase. He also offered a number of choices in relation to a smaller table/console that would allow us to cater for our Grandchildren and additional visitors. We also spoke with Duncan regarding the smaller table we were considering who was equally as helpful.

Shopped at Christopher Pratt’s over the years. The reason we keep going back is for the choice and the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. They go above and beyond in customer service. The store has a fantastic range of products in the style and quality we were looking for. From entering the showroom the help to understand layout and help points was pleasant without a heavy sales push. The help from Andy Aylesbury was really appreciated. Product knowledge and option comparisons were on hand but not pestering our personal space. Well done.

On our 3rd pleasant visit on 8th Feb 2025 to Christopher Pratts, Leeds we finally made the decision to buy the sofa and chair that we both really liked. Totally professional no sales bias made technical information understandable to the lay person. Explored every option in a process that fitted our specific needs and requirements.

A great store with a very wide range to choose from. The staff make themselves known, give good advice and recommendations, but are not intrusive whilst you browse. Duncan was very helpful in guiding our final decision covering all the options and making us feel valued as customers. Overall a pleasant and easy experience.

Ability to look around the store without sales people constantly pursuing you, however when assistance was needed Duncan was there to help, was very friendly, helpful and polite. Provided an a number of options for my mum to consider before she made her decision. Patient and understanding as my mum is elderly and needs time to decide.

A lovely showroom with staff who let you browse at your leisure but are there when needed. When we had made our decision Craig was very friendly, helpful and efficient. All in all a pleasant way to part with my money.

Excellent service from Duncan in store today. I visited the store 3 days ago looking to purchase new sofas. Duncan was informative and very helpful, there was no pressure to purchase when stating I wanted to think it through. On returning to store today he spotted me and also remembered my name and assisted in the purchasing of my new sofas. This is how sales staff should be, supportive, helpful without the pressure.

We were met at the door by David, who was extremely helpful without being pushy. Found parking very good. I would not hesitate buy there again

Visited the store today to order a couple of pieces of Ercol furniture. The store has a good selection on display, we were acknowledged and left to browse by the friendly staff. When we were ready, David Johnson assisted us with making final decisions and placing our order, he was very knowledgeable of the range and gave helpful tips and advice. We were given a very good price too. Overall a great experience, will definitely buy other pieces from here again. Made a nice change to go into store where you can see before you buy rather than browsing online.
