Made a Tele/con enquiry regarding two sofas of interest. Spoke with Craig who was really helpful in answering our questions. To that end we visited Christopher Pratt's Showroom in Leeds (40 mile trip) We met with Craig who again was very helpful with a more informative consultative approach as opposed to hard sell. Purchased two Beaufort Sofas, footstool and Stain Guard protection. The quality of the furniture is excellent and Craig's professional manner is a credit to the company.

As returning satisfied customers we were looking for some support in purchasing some new mattresses. Lynn helped us with this and her knowledge and professionalism was fabulous! There were so many to choose from!

The salesperson , Lynn, assessed our requirements, gave us very helpful knowledgeable advice, directed us to suitable beds, gave us time to make our choice then led us through buying and delivery arrangements in a very friendly manner. We ordered a new sofa at Christopher Pratts in Leeds yesterday. We were helped by David who made the process easy from start to finish. Whilst we had an idea of what we wanted, David pointed out things to consider that helped us make our final decision. He was attentive will be of the same high quality as our previous purchase.

We went to Christopher Pratt's to purchase a 3 piece suite, after arranging an appointment earlier by telephone with a salesperson called Andy Aylesbury. On arrival we met Andy who advised us on the choice of suites and also on their upkeep and as result we purchased a suite. He went through all the financial information thoroughly and also arranged to keep us informed of the suite's manufacturing progress and delivery. We were highly satisfied with the professionalism of the whole procedure.

I recently bought a new mattress from Pratts. Lynn in the bed dept was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me to choose from the many options available. Excellent support (no pun intended!) and would highly recommend.

Haven’t spent a week or two going around numerous outlets we finally went to Christopher Pratts and found everything we required at a reasonable price with high-quality. Lisa Berry, the sales person was absolutely excellent nothing we asked was any trouble for her and made us feel comfortable without any rush.
