We visited on the recommendation of friends, and Duncan Edward’s gave us exceptional service. He has boundless knowledge of the products, was very patient and was helpful without being intrusive. We were greatly impressed by the range of sofas in store and selected 2 Parker Knoll sofas for our flat in London. Duncan arranged everything with the minimum of fuss and we left feeling confident in our choice, reassured by the service we received and were highly satisfied with the competitive price. Just bought a sofa from Anna, who was superb.

So we visited the store looking for a new sofa and I was armed with a list of ones that we wanted to view. To save time and effort searching I approached 'David' and asked for his assistance and he was more than happy to help. He knew exactly where everything was and was a mind full of information about each piece ! We found him to be exceptionally experienced in his field, knowledgeable and may I say 'intelligent' He was also very friendly and patient with us as I'm quite fussy ! Pratts is one of our 'go to' places when looking for new furniture . . . Well done 👍👏👏👏

Bought our sofa today thanks to the help of David. David went the extra mile to explain all options and styles. We will definitely go back to C Pratts and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality furniture.

First of all we were impressed with the size of the showroom and the quality of the goods on display. We were politely asked by a salesman on the ground floor if he could be of help. When we told him that we had seen a particular suite on line he explained that that model was on the first floor. Rather than just direct us he escorted us and introduce us to Andy Aylesbury, who took us over to the suite in question and explained the option. During the purchasing process Andy was very pleasant, explaining the delivery process and giving a demonstration of how to keep the suite clean which was most helpful.

Yet again Duncan was so helpful when our sofa was a little too big to get through the doors of our house. It was all sorted with ease !

Chris was the perfect salesman in our view because we got a warm welcome but we were not hounded round (or out of) the store. He knows his products because I got exactly the sofa I wanted for my new kitchen extension. There is no better recommendation than saying we are going in the New Year to buy sofas again when my living room is ready. Thank you so much Chris, spot on service,
