I originally ordered the wrong battery, Shine from customer support was brilliant, found right battery sent that, fits and works, organised a free return and full refund. Could not provide better service, thanks Shine and Better Batt.

Better Batt made it clear from the start there would be a 30 day wait. Had a battery compatibility problem but not a problem to better batt. Sent another battery to confirm problem, then emailed return label and issued credit. Sale didn't work out for me but the service I received was absolutely terrific.

Shipping from China and takes 30+ days. In stock is not in Australia. Misleading - cancelled my order after waiting for 10 days for dispatch.

My issue wasn't with Better Batteries, as such, but more a courier issue with delayed delivery and zero contact from the courier. Once Better Batteries was made aware of the problem, they took a day to conduct their own investigation of the issue, then resolved the issue professionally and promptly. I'm 100% satisfied that Better Batteries did all they could to assist and rectify problem. Will definitely be using them again in future

They checked that I was aware of the wait for this item (I was), and gave progress reports. They had previously been helpful in selecting the right battery for the old model I have, so all in all it was a good experience. I am a returning customer, having had previous dealings with them.

We had a Tineco Vac Mop which required a new battery. BB put the battery on back order and kept continuing communications with me. Gave me a shipping advice and continued to follow up how I was preceding with the battery install. Service and communication was 10/10. Thank you for a smooth transaction.

Better Batt gives great customer support: speedy, friendly replies to emails (and this was between Christmas and New Year); and the product(s) are very good quality as far as I can tell. The battery I ordered just before Christmas arrived quickly, fits my laptop perfectly, and is working well.

Han provided excellent customer service - great communication on an unexpected delay to my order and then when I realised that I had ordered the wrong product I apologised and expected to pay in full after all the effort that had been put in, but a full refund was processed immediately! Exceptional!

I have dealt with Better Batt on a couple of occasions, most recent was 24th September 2024. The warranty they offer on their batteries, is pretty outstanding. I don’t think any other battery supplier offers anything close. Their batteries are good quality and very fairly priced. Their customer service people are really on the ball and respond quickly. Items arrive quickly. They do ‘ONLINE’ Extremely well. Just great to deal with.
