I ordered a replacement GPS battery on Aug 6th with the understanding that it was being shipped from China and would take 20 days to arrive. After waiting 25 days I called and was told it would take another 14 days. It finally turned up on Sep 22nd (another 22 days after my call).
Although the battery I ordered was backdated and it took two months to get here, the staff immediately responded when I queried how much longer it would be. I got a prompt response and the battery arrived in a timely manner.

Absolute scam. I asked for a refund (1 day after I placed the order) since I wasn't sure if my package was going to get delivered on time. I was told I'll get my refund and a day later that gave me a refund but after another day they just charged me again. DO NOT but from them, they'll take your money.
I ordered a laptop battery for an old (obsolete) netbook. When the battery arrived, it didn't fit properly (I imagine that the model has since been superceded). I contacted Better Batt regarding returning the battery as it was unsuitable. Not only did they agree to provide me with a full refund, but they also paid for a prepaid postage label to make the return easier. I wasn't expecting this as none of the problem was their fault, it was just an unfortunate result that the battery didn't fit and the one I needed wasn't stocked any more. Full marks for integrity, Full marks for customer service, Full marks for being good people. Even though I didn't end up with the product I wanted, I can't speak highly enough of the way Better Batt conduct their online business.

delivery of the new battery was as fast as possible, when it wouldn't charge I contacted Better Batt who advised me that the connection to the phone from the battery may be faulty, I cleaned the connection with metho, all good.

I ordered a 3ds replacement battery over a month ago. It said next day shipment on the site and I was a little confused when it hadn't been shipped a week later. Contacted support and the number on the site. They informed me that it was on back order and would take around 20 days. Initially I thought it was a scam due to conflicting info, BUT, I spoke with someone at the office and had a support member email me updates and it has all been resolved. And I should hopefully receive my order next week. Thank you for working with me to keep me informed. Much appreciated! Update: was received in perfect working order!

Great customer service
I placed an order with Better Batt for a new laptop battery on Saturday, then on Sunday realized that there were additional problems with the computer that rendered it not worth fixing. I emailed Better Batt and explained the problem and cancelled the order. By 9.15am Monday I had an email from Sunshine at Better Batt advising me that the cancellation was in progress, and by 9.30am I had confirmation that the credit card refund had been processed. You can't ask for better service than that!
Still waiting, it left Melbourne 4 days after payment, expected it to leave same day or day after payment
Problem with mixup of delivery was identified and resolved quickly and errors corrected.
