Shine made our experience so easy. We had to return batteries we had wrongly ordered, and she organised the return of the batteries and ordered us the correct ones and sent them to us. She kept us informed as to when to expect the delivery.

Ordered 2 batteries on 26 January, it's now 4 March and finally, they are on the way.... More than 5 weeks later. That is not good service!

The battery was delivered quickly. There was an issue with my order at first and I was contacted quickly to resolve it which was nice, because replacing my battery was very time-sensitive. The battery life is great. A high quality product that does the job perfectly.

On and off my laptop was unable to detect the battery and I was out of the Better Battery return window of 400 days from the purchase date. But I still thought of connecting with them for a solution and wasn't disappointed at all. Our laptop indicated the battery to be fully charged, but the laptop switched itself off as soon as the AC power chord was removed. I asked two computer repair shops in our town for help, but they were not able to advise. Marvin from BetterBatt very quickly identified the problem and navigated us through the process to reconfigure Windows. Our laptop works great now.
