Failed to deliver and then insisted it was my responsibility to chase down the courier company as per their T&C's. Think you'll find under Australian Consumer law that it's the responsibility of the sender not the customer to do tis - irrespective of whether it's in your T&C's or not (which by the way, makes your T&C's illegal under AU Consumer Law) They said they would have to wait until it's delivered before they can provide a refund! (oh the irony) . Had to state that this will be passed to the Office of Fair Trading before they would agree to a refund.

On Sunday 5th November 2023 I purchased a Panasonic Lumix DC-FZ80 Charger Replacement (Wall + Car Cord) for $19.99 with postage of $9.10 but they lied to me and told me that they sent the item when they never did so I wouldn't trust them. On Wednesday 15th November 2023 they give me a refund even after I had to fight for it.

Couldn't find my laptop on the site, so mailed support. Couldn't identify from model alone so asked for either details, or a photo. With a very confusing label, I just sent a photo. VERY quick response advising the part number I needed, sorry we don't carry these, but try here. So excellent support, even when they didn't make a sale.
I received a completely unasked for refund for a battery that I had been unable to use for no fault of Batter Batt. My device failed AFTER I had installed their battery. It worked long enough for me to be sure it was not a fault with the battery but another unrelated issue. Despite that fact that the battery supplied had been opened and used (albeit briefly) and that I made no claim against them Batter Batt went ahead with the refund on a goodwill basis.
