TL;DR. Fake reviews, fake website, bad quality products, got scammed, would definitely NOT recommend The website itself seems fairly suspicious. "All positive, no negative". Most of the reviews on its website are completely fake, you cannot even leave a review on the website but instead it shows "past reviews". There are hundreds reviews from April 2014 for this specific laptop battery (Dell XPS 13 9350), when the laptop itself was released in October 2015. The reviews with 0 stars still have positive comments, which makes no sense. The phone number listed on their "contact us" page was disconnected, so I cannot even return it even with its so-called "400 Day Money Back Guarantee". The laptop battery replacement that I received wasn't as advertised, the specifications were completely wrong. As a result, my laptop's performance was abysmal, the low wattage could have potentially damaged its components.

In my opinion good people to deal with, recently purchased a couple of camera batteries, which are excellent & good value. A word of caution though, confirm mode of transport before ordering, under no circumstances use Aramex Transport or their other name Fastway Couriers. These amateurs took a month to deliver goods from Melb to Perth, they will use all sorts of excuses to hide their total incompetence.
Very disappointing quality. I got a replacement battery for my laptop. The product doesn't appear to be in high quality at the first glance. Anyway, I installed it. Initially, it was running fine for the first few months. Yet after using it for less than 6 months, I found that the battery life significantly worsened - sometimes you still had about 50% of battery, then it suddenly dropped to below 7% ... it's getting worse and worse. After using it for 12 months, it became actually "unusable" - when it's 95% charged (that's fully charged with the "charging threshold" set at 95% to "increase battery lifespan"), unplug the cable and the laptop will quickly warn "Low battery 7%. Connect to power immediately"... I had to buy a new battery. After removing it from my laptop, it's concerning to see that one of the cell modules is seriously swollen - see the top right corner in this picture... This may indicate a hazard of explosion?! 😨
