Ordered batteries for our tz80 Panasonic last Friday at around 11.30am ... in the mailbox today, the first working-day after a long weekend. Works in the tz80 and was fully charged. I am a first-time customer ... obviously not the last time I use Better Batt. Brilliant.

Ordered a replacement battery for my laptop after the original one died. Very good value compared with a "genuine" replacement. Order arrived via courier well within the advised time, and I loved the ability to track the progress of the delivery. The battery is now installed and working perfectly. Yet another great experience with Better Batt.

I received a replacement laptop battery from Better Batt. It arrived very quickly and the price was excellent. It proved to be not 100% and after a short email communication with Customer Service I was immediately sent a replacement. That's what I call 5 Star service

The battery was despatched almost immediately and arrived 2 days before expected. Being able to track progress was a bonus. I cannot fault Better Batt's service. However, I purchased a generic replacement for my Samsung Mini J battery as Samsung no longer makes them. It charged overnight but isn't performing as well as the original when I first bought the phone. It loses power quite quickly even though I only use the device for texting and receiving occasional calls. No apps are installed and wifi isn't activated. Still, better than the old one and will do for now.

Very good online experience and part! Totally recommended! Shipping can be slow because batteries are not allowed to be shipped via air-freight (sorry!)
