The Battery arrived within 2 days, and I can honestly say that my 9 cell battery definitely lasts way longer than the original 6 cell battery. Product works exactly as an original should, only a few hours longer since it's an extended life battery. After a full charge, and now three full discharges, my netbook is lasting 9-10 hours! If my other PCs need a replacement, this is where I will look first.

Quickly advised me of alternative options when my battery did not work initially due to DELL bios restrictions. Always made me feel like there was no issue with returning the battery if I desired to. In the end, the alternative suggestion worked and there was no need to return it.
