Better Batt responded very quickly to my product being damaged during transit! A new replacement was express shipped to me at no cost. I was very happy with the end to end experience.

I ordered 2 items on 1 Sep 21 and 1 item on 2 Sep 21. I received an email to advise that one item had been sent from first order almost immediately, but I had ordered 2 items? I sent my first email to customer service, and received a well written and clear response explaining that one item could easily be sent from the Sydney depot whereas the second item would be dispatched from Melbourne. My third item would also be dispatched from Melbourne. I received the first item 7Sep21. I sent off another email in regards to the tracking of the other items on 8Sep21 thinking that they wouldn't be far away. I received a professional email in return from Johann providing a link to track the item as it was not from the same company that delivered my first item. I received 2 follow up emails which I greatly appreciated and received my third order on 16Sep and my second order on 17Sep. I am extremely happy and impressed with the standard of customer service given by this company and will continue to order from them. I was dissatisfied with the time that it took for delivery, (stated on shipping docs 1-7 bus day Aus Wide), but understand that this is through no fault of Better Batt.
Amazing customer service! I made a mistake in my order by putting model number in the wrong order realised once I had received and opened it but they still paid postage back and 100% refunded. 400 day return policy if things didn't go as expected is pretty much exactly that - you honestly cant have more peace of mind than that and the process was seamless and speedy even with COVID delivery delays. I ordered 2 batteries from Better Batt as the postage policy is free for purchases of 2 or more items - One for my laptop and one for my Samsung Galaxy S9+ Phone. The laptop battery solved my problem immediately and was the perfect fit for my HP laptop, perfect price and holds it's charge unlike the one it replaced. Unfortunately the Samsung Battery I ordered incorrectly(my fault), as it was for a tablet style phone rather than the S9+. It was 8cm wide and my phone was only 7.5 cm wide. I realized immediately there was a problem! When I rang Better Batt I spoke to Reymark who explained it was for a tablet style phone and said he would arrange a credit for me with no problem. I am not out of pocket, despite the error being mine, which I could be with another business. Thank You Better Batt!

The battery was either faulty or there was a compatibility issue and even though we changed our mind about wanting one, (the laptop was quite old) the refund was offered without hesitation. I have since purchased 2 more batteries from Better Batt.
I bought one of their batteries for my MacBook Pro, and it would go from 90% to 7% instantly. I requested a replacement, but the new battery they sent me had the same problem. The battery only has 20 cycles, and it's dropped to 60% health.
I ordered a couple of different types of batteries. One type wasn't in stock which held up the order. When I contacted support though, they split the order in two so that that the batteries that were in stock were shipped. They also followed up to let me know what was happening and to check that the order had arrived. I'm a happy customer (again).

I requested for a computer battery replacement. They did send me one but have charging issues. They did diagnosed the problem quickly and send another replacemnet. Love the team for taking their time in ensuring i get the help needed.
