I noted the extended lead time (around one month) when ordering and was advised by Hanshaine the same via email after ordering just to be sure I knew and was happy with that. Communication was very good during the order and upon arrival, the battery fitted perfectly and worked well in a first gen iPod and bought it back to life. Great service at a good price.

I did not pay attention to the delivery date, and the company's employee emailed me that it would be delivered in a month (as was mentioned in their product description). I requested a refund, and they refunded my money in a minute. Very reliable and accessible to business.

I don't often buy things online and was expecting a lot of hassle when my battery failed to charge but after one quick phone call explaining the problem Better Batt sent out a replacement battery straight away. It actually arrived 2 days before the notification email came to tell me it was despatched! Kudos to Shine who took my call and was friendly and efficient.

I fix computers for a living and require replacement batteries from time to time. Basically, kudos to yourselves because you told me you were unable to supply the batteries I needed in this instance, but, you offered me some suppliers that may be able to assist me in my quest. To me, that means going the extra mile. Well done! I will definitely be back next time.

I had a problem with the initial battery I purchased for just $23.99. I advised the company who responded immediately. They not only replaced the battery at no cost but were incredibly attentive in following-up with me to ensure the new battery was working to expectation. This is the best customer service I have experienced in many, many years and the new battery is perfect!

I inadvertently bought an incorrect spare battery for a current model stick vacuum cleaner from Better Batt after being misled by the vacuum retailer. Better Batt offered me a full refund without service costs after they were unable to offer a replacement. The Company's online rep Shine was most helpful, efficient and understanding. I highly recommend this company for your battery needs.

They promise a 400 day money back guarantee with a complete refund but when the wrong item was returned and in the original sealed plastic sleeve because it wasn't compatible they refused to issue a complete refund for the sales taxes and the shipping. They refused to acknowledge the search function on their website is faulty and showing the wrong product which created the issue from the beginning. They kept going back and forth with different staff members jumping in into the chat without showing the courtesy to admit their fault. The chat was ended abruptly when one of "their bosses" joined in. I contacted PayPal regarding the issue and they refunded the rest of the amount they withheld. This company is a BIG JOKE and should not be operating in the Australian market. They are trying to make a dishonest buck by making mistakes and not admitting their fault.

The service was excellent when purchasing and after I realised I did not need the battery it was no problem to return it. Staff were fantastic , friendly and polite. Will definitely use them all the time.

I ordered a battery for a Lenovo laptop which, no fault of Better Batt, proved to be the wrong one. They made the process of returning it for credit really easy and processed the refund in a timely manner. I have used Better Batt previously and have always found them good to deal with.

This company showed its commitment to service, by promptly responding and offering me assistance on a technical problem encountered after purchase of a laptop battery. It turned out the problem lay with my charger and not the new battery.
