I contacted Better Batt as i had made an error with my online order. A quick ph call was all that was required & my issue was resolved. Very professional and prompt service to rectify my error. Their on line web page was easy to navigate as well as having warnings in certain batteries that couldn’t be used in certain electronics. The batteries I purchased were compatible with my cameras. Terrible service after waiting for a week I didnt receive my computer battery , just the fake HP ink cartridge. Which I bought for free shipment of total parcel. Agent then says in fine print it says backorder for two month time in August. I ask them what can be done to expedite the process and next thing I get an email they cancelled the battery part of the order . Really unprofessional

I received a faulty battery for my laptop, the help desk listened, gave me some instructions and resolved the issue quickly and fairly. Replacement battery was sent out promptly.
