They contacted me the night before and had another person meet me at the cemetery 20 minutes before the ceremony was due to take place. We did our own thing re the ceremony and, although I got the impression they thought it was strange, they went with it and were very impressed with how we handled it and how the whole funeral went and commented so. They were very professional, kind and sensitive to what my brother wanted even though it was very unusual, he was very unusual so it worked out perfectly
They had my mum in their care. Couldn't have asked for any better. The love, empathy, understanding from start to finish for not only mum but also to her family was above and beyond. Thankyou all so very much xx

The death of anyone close is always a difficult time, and finding a funeral director's with considerate staff, where the process is well explained, and the next steps are clearly outlined is very helpful. My parents both asked for Austin's in their wills (the only clue, apart from cremation, that we were given to how they wnated things to be conducted). Austins lived up to the expectation of both mum and dad.
