We as a family will never be able to Thank Hayley ( letchworth branch) enough for her guidance , kindness and support throughout this process. Hayley is everything you want in a person through such a difficult time, especially one that came without warning. From the first moment to the last we felt supported in our decisions , we chose to keep a lot private and Hayley respected our wishes and made sure this is how it stayed. She understood our weird humours, knew when laughter was needed and offered tissues when there was tears. Also Mike , an absolute credit to your company. Especially when he supported me when the hearse turned up and I couldn’t cry and breathe as one. The service was perfect , Emma was a wonderful celebrant who took the time to get to know Dad through our stories. Thank you all of you for being there during the worst time of our life so far.
Very professional they looked after us very well before after and during the service very well keeping me informed about everything especially Gary can’t fault any of your service
Sharon was very helpful and professional with a lovely sympathetic manner and did her utmost to provide us with the service to our wishes. Also the undertakers who collected my dad and brought us to the service were very respectful and professional. We received a wonderful service from you. You helped the funeral go as smoothly as possible and made our day of mourning and remembrance very special. We are very grateful and pleased with the way the service was conducted and would like to say a big thank you to your staff for making a difficult day bearable.
Everything was handled with dignity and respect. Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff provided a first class service, being kind and considerate, informative and helpful to make a very difficult time easier to manage and bear.
as funerals go this was excellant service all round i could not fault it at all very helpfull attendants and they done themselves proud austins done my mum and daughters funerals thats why i used Austins again staff very helpfull down village as well and could not do enouogh for me i am so gratefull they made it easy for me all freinds agreed even service excellant thank you Brenda

The service was very efficient and the staff sympathetic and helpful particularly so given that my late partner's brother is autistic. Everyone commented the service was a real tribute to my partner, Ann. I can also recommend Barnabys florists and the Marquis of Granby as a suitable place for a wake with fine food and a good accommodation.

Gary and his colleagues made what could have been a horrendous day into a lovely but extremely emotional day.
